blackdog~ 0 Posted February 3, 2003 Hey everyone... right now I am adding some more objects not previously in the editor updates by Kegetys, Peterele, and Gunslinger. So far I have: Objects>Trash Bin (Res) Objects>Hay Bale (Res) Objects>Dock Tie (Res) Objects>Bulletin Board 1/Papers (Res) Objects>Bulletin Board 2/Papers (Res) Objects>Bulletin Board 3/Blank (Res) Objects>Bin/Box Blue (Res) Objects>Bin/Box Metal/Worn (Res) Objects>SIGN Curve Right (Res) Objects>SIGN Curve Left (Res) Support>Bridge 2 (Res) Camera>TREE Stump w/ Axe (Res) In no particular order... not in the same order of the GIF animation at least. Also some more lightpoles will be added to this list. It is a relatively small upgrade PS: EditorUpgrade102 by Gunslinger EditorUpdate102 by Gunslinger, Edited by Kegetys EditorUpdate102b by Gunslinger, Edited by Kegetys and revised by blackdog~

blackdog~ 0 Posted February 3, 2003 Editor updates are default BIS objects only...
theavonlady 2 Posted February 3, 2003 Why don't you create this as a separate pbo file? That way, if there are any problems, they can delete your till it's fixed, rather than having to restore the existing EU file?
blackdog~ 0 Posted February 3, 2003 I am. File will be called editorupdate102b.
theavonlady 2 Posted February 3, 2003 May I suggest you drop the "102", as it's not relevant to your addons and explicitly name the file something like EditorUpdateBlackdog. That way, if someone else comes along and releases their own EU, you've set the trend. Just adding a "b" at the end doesn't help to easily identify the addon. r71 0 Posted February 3, 2003 I stopped using the editor addons bacause It gave me a bug. I could not refuel at gas stations, but I can still refuel at trucks or fuel barrel's. Anyone else have that problem? I use ver. 1.
Major Fubar 0 Posted February 3, 2003 Which editor upgrade did you use? One of gunslinger's earlier versions used to cause me all sorts of trouble, but since I've used Kegetys version I've had no probs...

Both Kegetys' Editor Addon for OFPR and the older Gunsliner's EU have the same file name. Hit_Sqd_Maximus 0 Posted February 4, 2003 Maybe you should redo the whole thing from both editors and make it were all the objects are in their own classes ie Houses, Rocks, Trees, Roads ect. so they arent in the other classes like support and objects and get in the way? Some addons, when loaded from the RES\Addons folder before other official addons are loaded may cause conflicts and errors. By placing them outside of the \RES\Addons folders, OFP with load them into memory last and they will not conflict with the standard OFP addons.
