Isn't it perfect look at the Destroyed Model respect Sebastian Muller GREAT JOB Ma Man xmas.gif

And read this guys </span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE">The MT-LB was introduced in the early 70's. It's main role was to be a tracked artillery prime mover with transportation capabilities, but due to it's robust, universal construction a lot of different versions of the MT-LB with different roles were build soon.

Our MT-LB addon features the following versions:

Standart MT-LB APC (summer and winter pattern)

Support MT-LB's (Ambulance and Repair versions, summer and winter pattern).

MT-LBV APC (MT-LB with wide tracks for low ground pressure, only winter pattern).

SA-13 (MT-LB chassis with Strela 10 Rocket System)

These units are available for East (Soviet and Czechz army) and Resistance side.

We are also working on the ZU-23-2 AA Gun and an MT-LB version with the ZU-23-2 mounted on the top of the hull. The 3D model is allready done and we are in the process of texturing the model.

Looks absolutely fantastic - as per usual from these guys smile.gif It's great they decided to go all out and create several different models with several different textures. The yellow launchers on the SA-13 look a tad odd, but i'm assuming they are accurate, because these guys never seem to be wrong smile.gif I especially like the destroyed model which will look that much better than simply setting a healthy vehicle to zero health...

I like that they said they are working on a version of the MT-LB with the ZU-23 system on top - it will go nicely with the static ZU-23 that AKM74 released today smile.gif

Looks like all our Christmases have come at once  biggrin.gif  xmas.gif

As usual all of the Russian vehicles are a bit unique. Some have a little modification here some a little extra there. There are versions of the SA-13 with rocket pods in olive, in a special camo pattern, or, as I made it because it is my personal favorite, in yellow. Please don't say "it's wrong" (I know you did not yet) just because you saw an olive pod on another picture of the SA-13 before smile.gif

Very, the MT-LB was new issue in the Red army at the time the Viet Nam war ended, So it's doubtful any actually saw use in PAVN <People's Army of Viet Nam> colors.

Wait for them to finish their PT-76, The NVA had quite a few of those.

I tried searching some Vietnam sites about PAVN armor, didn't find anything related to MT-LB. It was introduced in 1970, so it would be late Vietnam era, but I seriously doubt that the Soviets would pass on their best and newest equipment on to the Vietnamese. Anyway, I don't think MT-LB would have been that effective in the jungle.

Here is a link to an article about PAVN armor.
