There are no plug ins or special things done in any of those pics.

Presumably in the 2nd and 3rd pics he slowed time down a lot to be able to see the rocket

and in the 1st pic he probably set the view distance on full.

I think 2stoned2kil| was talking about the motorbike pics at the top of this page, regarding my post you are right about the viewDistance setting -that was 5000 = 0.5 FPS , but the rocket ones were just PrintScrn at the right time - on the Hellfire you can see I spent 4 rockets before I got it
