peanuckle_00 0 Posted November 30, 2002 Well unlike most kids who have money for ps2 and gamecubes and say, "I'm not going to download the star wars mod, ill just buy a new game system." I got a few words for you. I'm not made of money! I welcome these mods becuase its like a new game after just buying one. Plus the companies like it when people make mods because it helps the sales of their game. The more easy it is to mod a game engine, the more copies it sells, the more mods come out, everyone is happy. It's the fairest deal on the planet in any economy right now, and its a shame that such fair deals are only available in the realm of expensive computer gaming. There's only been a few retextured ones. The only new one out is the one in the in the NAM2 pack with the animated door. In my opinion it's MUCH nicer then the BIS one as it has a M60 on it, the new animations, and an extremely realistic sound to the rotors/engines. Also Ballistics is working on the their Special Ops version which will have similar features as well as the refueling probe from what I've seen.
