Hi!

Some screenshots of the city of Sheykheh!!

https://imgur.com/a/bqvlL

It's one of the biggest cities on the map! It is about 600 meters long and 500 meters wide.

The city is separated by a piece of river with 3 bridges to cross it!

The eastern district really gives an impression of oppression and getting around in small alleys is very difficult.

Otherwise the valley is progressing well! About 80% of the central valley is finished. Can be soon a relase;)

Casseburne

Hi!

We have almost finished the valley (and not the mountains).

In January we will make a video and let out the alpha if everything goes as expected :)

Best Regards and merry Christmas

CUP Terrains isn’t really a surprising dependency for a map. Especially one that is Middle Eastern.

FARKHAR VALLEY
FIRST RELEASE

Here is our first public version of the map Farkhar Valley !

There is still a lot of non-playables / empty areas, but you can play on 80% of the west valley.

You'll find towns with narrow alleys, perfect for close battles, fields and small villages,...

For an initial release this map is really well put together. The ground texture does need some pretty substantial work to it, especially on the Eastern side. The towns on the Western side though are very nice and I think could create a great atmosphere.

I look forward to the work that will come to this map in coming updates.

Thanks for your answers, It's Alpha content, we are working on a 12K satellite yet ! :)

Awesome ! Object placement is great and a higher quality satellite texture was the only thing I found missing. :)

Hey y'all,

Little news of the alpha, thank you.

You have been more than 2000 to subscribe on steam and more on armaholic. Thank you for your support!

Regarding the progress of the map :

- The South Valley is almost done, it is only missing the city to the east + some places and details

- The east is  almost done too.

- The 8k satelitte is well advanced but I don't think it will be finished for the next update.

I hope to update at the end of the month :D

Hi all,

Last week I played at Medal of Honor (2010) and it inspired me a lot.
I am currently working on a valley littered with bunkers and shelters.
I will put pictures soon.

Hi all,

Update Farkhar! This is not an April Fool :)
Additions of several villages in the East and especially the modification of satelitte in Full HD (WIP).
The main valley is almost finished.
Do not hesitate to give your opinion good or bad :)

Some quick feedback:

I like most of the villages you have composed in the area. They will provide interesting places in where to fight.

The biggest issue are the terrain textures. They are awfully distracting. Especially in the mountains. Problems: repetitive textures, bad resolutions.

Another big issue is the lack of micro terrain. You need ditches etc, to give the terrain some life and provide usefull cover for infantry.

The vegetation seems very similar throughout the terrain. You should increase the variation and use different compositions. In the mountains, the vegetation looks weird with the terrain textures. They look very artificial.

I like the river valley theme of the terrain!
