Greenfist 1863 Posted March 16, 2016 I've seen similar thing much before the Eden update also. Although it's seems more frequent in it. I guess it might be the new geometric occluder system. That is why I have not seen a big problem in this. But Now (after update to Eden) that happens often and not only corners of buildings. Can you post your exact position in that video? I'd like to try it myself. This is Rodopoli. I can easily reproduce the problem when I set the player to this position/ Here test mission with problem position: https://yadi.sk/d/D7xJifnSqEkSK Slowly move in different directions and rotate your character and you will see the problem (at least I see) PS: This position is not unique. Old missions made in the old editor if saved (converted) in the new Eden editor it will crash ArmA 3 And arma 3 will not start again until both the converted mission & the folder its from have been deleted!! Yes my mission is converted missions. It's an old mission, however, I haven't seen any crashes of the game. There can be only one time I remember the crash. And I did not delete any folders of this missions. Fortunately the crash are rare for me. In the doors portals, in the windows and on the open spaces also. Does anyone not care about this issue? As far I understand this problem not just at me. Beagle 684 Posted April 26, 2016 LOD switch and object dissapperance happens alot around house corners, windows, doorways, yes. I began to notice this with 1.56. The AO setting or object setting make no difference at all. So I guss it#s an isue with somethign else that was changed like parallax etc. In fact ArmA III is not going for the better currently since general performance did also degrade significantly after 1.54 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ceeeb 147 Posted April 27, 2016 I've also had the incorrect occlusion near buildings issue since about the start of 2016. It can be very distracting. I'm guessing, but it may be related to LOD switching due to way it flicks back and forth in the same manner as object LODS sometimes do? It only happens in towns, remote buildings don't seem to have the issue.
