EB_Armour: integrated real armour weapons and ammo

About "winter camo" - you could get away with "just repainting" dirt textures to a mix of snow + some dirt on a wdl\green versions of vehicles. Crew would remain the same as woodland one(maybe do a snow instead of dirt for the boots).

Relatively small effort and time consumption for a big enough gain I think.

Yeah. - Also thought so, i will make the mud and dirt snow colored and some peaces of snow on the vehicle.

full set of aircraft with lots of roles, using mykes latest missilebox - rolled back some of my more extravagant versions from before

new missilebox elements like LAU5003 for CRV7 (taken from apache), LAU5020 (taken from lynx), M621 pod, hellfire rack, AT-16 rack, etc etc

custom edit of binoculars to allow peripheral vision (developed in unsung mod)

fixed recoil and anims and ammo types on pandur

added airburst ammo to tunguska

added javelin version of stryker

fixed water animations for AAV

working on:

gunner anim for back door of chinook

gazelle, lynx, wasp

tunguska desert

stryker woodland

pandur desert

zu truck

pooks new models for:

shilka

sparka

btr40 series

t34

t54

t55

for after release (beta):

re make models of planes/helis with better proxies

You mean the Zsu-52-2 as Sparka right ?

I hope the T-54 and -55 tanks are coming with 4 men crew (like irl), and not as the stock BI 3 men crap. Im not about to criticize BI but the OA T-55 is far away from reality.

yeah we fixed that stuff. also the guns are all correct for TO-55, T-54 and T-55A.

and yeah the sparka has the S-68 twin 57mm

maybe 1.5gb all in, BAFX is 800mb i think - we can make this so much smaller once i get the mlods from trouble

mykes missilebox is 500mb, again can make this smaller once we remake all the BIS aircraft to work properly

dammit i had some probs binning the missilebox. so some showed up blank.

will work on this monday and then should be releasing the whole lot as alpha

ok the missilebox is all working - massive hugs to von knudenberg for helping me binarizing

round two will be to:

a) fix the autocenter proxies on all aircraft

b) check all missilebox contents for BIS (autocenter ON) only versions and add new non-AC models

c) add rearm module (with john spartan interface)

round 3, later, will be to adopt mykes detailing in the configs.

have chased down a few rogue textures and dead links in rvmats today - even hexedited the scorpion to fix the broken texture to the plan.paa - made a 68 character foldername in the scorpion folder so i could replace the long folder path name troub had inadvertently left in the scorp. all works!

so doing credits tomorrow, and hope to release alpha for the weekend.

model-wise it's not as polished as i'd like it, but it will demo the depth and breadth and approach we are taking.

stand by your beds ...
