They now have their own fake OSCE.

No surprise there...

From Wiki:

In Istanbul on 19 November 1999, the OSCE ended a two-day summit by calling for a political settlement in Chechnya and adopting a Charter for European Security. According to then Minister of Foreign Affairs Igor Ivanov, this summit marked a turning point in Russian perception of the OSCE, from an organization that expressed Europe's collective will, to an organization that serves as a Western tool for "forced democratization".[3]

There will be a facsimile of an election Sunday in the Donetsk People’s Republic, which is just a faint facsimile of a state. So it’s fitting that a facsimile of an election observer organisation was invented to watch over the process.

The Agency for Security and Cooperation in Europe, or ASCE, was unveiled Saturday evening at a bewildering press conference here in the centre of this war-battered city. The ASCE’s would-be founder - who was evicted last year from Austria’s far-right Freedom Party - changed the new organization’s name back and forth during the press conference, freely switching between calling it the “Agency†and the “Association.†He also slammed Western governments for not respecting Sunday’s vote, and called for European countries to quit the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (the better-known OSCE) and join his new group since the the OSCE had allegedly shown its political bias by refusing to deploy observers to Donetsk and Lugansk for Sunday’s vote.

The DPR built up an even bigger stage, but they still have as many viewers as before.

(RIA Novosti) Donetsk Elections Held at 'Quite High' Level: South Ossetia Parliament Speaker

“[The elections are] organized on a quite high level, people are eagerly going to the polling stations, I don’t notice any violations,†Bibilov said.

Even the tourists got to vote.

(Voices of Ukraine) L.A.Times correspondent Sergei Loiko: “What I’ve seen at Donetsk airport I haven’t seen in any war.â€

Sergei Loiko, correspondent for the Los Angeles Times, talks about domestic and combat conditions in Donetsk airport and how he feels about the warning of Roskomnadzor [Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications] to Ekho Moskvy [Echo of Moscow] because of the publication of a conversation with him.

edit:

List of ASCE observers

I have seen this list and the source is allegedly posted by an PhD student

http://anton-shekhovtsov.blogspot.de/2014/11/fake-monitors-observe-fake-elections-in.html

They talk about 50+ "observer".

There is a new update with more than just 17 people. Iam not sure if this source is prestigious, Iam very carefully with just "blogs" and dont rely on them. But if it is true, there seem a lot of right/left wingers and some with extreme positions. Forza Italia seems to be the only bigger and famous party (which is rather center).

Most of Novorossiya's leadership has or had Russian citizenship (Borodai, et al).

Why would anyone care at all what passport a voter holds? No one there recognizes Donbas as a part of Ukraine, Ukraine's government, or even Ukrainian sovereignty.

Novorossiya is a Chekist mockery of a state that's ruled by the gun anyhow.

(The Guardian) Donetsk votes for new reality in country that does not exist

But then the Donetsk People’s Republic is no normal country. It is no country at all, according to most of the world. But the vote for prime minister here and in neighbouring Luhansk region on Sunday was one more step towards creating a new reality on the ground and carving out a chunk of Ukraine that will no longer controlled by Kiev.

(OSCE) Spot report by the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine (SMM), 2 November 2014: Anti-Aircraft Rounds Fired at SMM UAV

A canvas covering on the back of the truck was removed, revealing a truck-mounted, anti-aircraft gun (probably a ZU-23), which immediately fired numerous rounds at the SMM UAV, none of which hit it.

(BBC) Ukraine crisis: Russia criticised for backing rebel vote

Germany has described as "incomprehensible" Russia's backing of controversial elections in rebel-held areas of Ukraine.

I really hope this time the delivery of the warship built by France will be cancelled, whatever it may cost. Russia is mocking the whole world, enough is enough.

The Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE), Europe’s main election observing body, said it would have nothing to do with the elections. Undeterred, a newly created organisation appeared, named the ASCE, and mainly made up of far-right European politicians, who arrived and gave the elections two thumbs up. The fact that neo-Nazi European politicians are the only people east Ukraine has found to back its supposed uprising against the “fascist†Ukrainian authorities is one of the many paradoxes of the situation.

Isn´t that funny?

Kiev sends more troops to the East Ukraine

The government in Kiev is obviously going on the offensive again against the seperatists. He did order his army chef to send new units in the area to protect the cities in the east and southeast, said President Poroshenko according to interfax. The troops should ward off possible attacks on Mariupol, Berdjansk, Charkiv and the north of Luhansk, Poroshenko said.

Besides Poroshenko suggested to possible annul planned wide autonomy for the regions of the seperatists. Likewise he did bring to mind that he principally feels close committed on the peace plan.

The ukrainian foreign minister Pawlo Klimkin emphasised: "Actually there are some regions of the east ukraine under the control of pro-russian troops and russian troops. But these are ukrainian regions and we will reclaim them back."

NATO: Russian troops moving toward border with Ukraine

According to information released by NATO on Tuesday, the Russian military has increased troop movement close to the Ukrainian border in recent days.

"We see Russian troops moving closer to the border with Ukraine," NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg told reporters in Brussels.

EU: 'window of opportunity' closing

It would be "extremely difficult, if not impossible," to move toward peace if the current accord were to collapse, EU foreign policy chief Federica Mogherini told the UK's Guardian newspaper. Later in the day, she told reporters in Brussels that the separatist elections threatened to close "the window of opportunity" for all sides to maintain dialogue, instead of reverting back to an armed conflict.

Poroshenko called the separatists' vote "pseudo-elections" and deemed them "illegal."

NATO: General Breedlove said about 250 to 300 Russian soldiers are still in the country.

Russia Continues to Train and Equip Ukraine Rebels, NATO Official Says

“These are not fighting formations,†he said. “These are formations and specialists who are in there doing training and equipping of the separatist forces.â€

Moscow followed that blueprint after the war with Georgia in 2008, establishing enclaves in Abkhazia and South Ossetia to ensure that the territorially compromised nation could not join NATO. It did the same earlier with Transnistria, a breakaway territory of Moldova where Russians have been stationed.

So they basically handed out free food to get the people to vote.....

Its obscure and probably a farce, but read about the Orange Revolution in 2004 and see the similarity about your single example. And when it comes to the recent elections: Ukraine Today did report that also in the current elections they have cases of fraud.

Well they have been proved ( check OSCE reports ), simply that usually they don't advance inside Ukraine, they just switch positions. Even in a lower intensity in Finland-Russian border ( even if Finland is neutral ).
