Wow, I'm so glad to see this thread, I must've missed this project thus far. I love the work and models posted so far, the weapon looks wonderful.

I'm a firearms enthusiast and am involved with people who have their own MK18 and M4 Block II 'clone' rifles, and as such have done lots of research on these weapons platforms. this is just my feedback for the components on the rifle right now based on SOPMOD Block II, just take them for what they're worth:

KAC BUIS are much, much more common on Block II uppers than MBUS, as seen in these pictures:

It's also common for the Matech BUIS (more common than an MBUS) to be on a Block II upper

Also some newer weapons would be fitted with a Surefire muzzle device, in order to accept the new suppressors adopted by SOCOM, but the A2 birdcage is still widely used

Sorry if this has come up before, and I hope I don't come off as an ass or anything, I just have a higher-than-normal fascination with the Block II project weapons and am excited someone's bringing them over to the ArmA world

Slight criticism though, i dunno if it's just me, but the crane stock looks a little smaller than it should be on the model

Yep, seems like it. But We'll see, i have full trust in ardvarkdb, his MK18 model is unmatched.

I was just thinking, I know custom sounds aren't really your thing ardvarkb, but Hogthar is working on a regular M4 carbine pack right now which he does have custom sounds for that sound pretty nice. Maybe you could link up with him and get some sounds for these fine pieces of computer engineering, and it might also bring some kind of cohesion/consistency to the game with two different m4 packs that sound the same when fired!

I'm a little confused though. I tried it right after release, and had a few issues (recoil too high, no custom sounds, ironsights... all of this stuff which has been named here). So far it has not been updated, right? Will the update be included into the release of the M4 and M203-Version or will they be updated and released seperated?
