AI FIRST AID SUPPORT

This script will add for AI ability to pull aside wounded teammates and render first aid them.

i tested it out ... but ...

i cant see any AI pulling someone out of the danger zone in a fire fight ?!

also non of the frendly ai medics try to heal me.

nice with thing with the bleed out timer if you a wounded ... maybe you should add some disarm feature to the enemy wounded soldiers... elswhere i dont want to heal them :)

Try simple test:

  1. Create new clear mission in editor.
  2. Add one group on the map.
  3. Save this simple mission.
  4. Add all files from DAPMAN folder (from archive) in this simple misssion folder.
  5. Load this mission again and start preview.
  6. Wait a second and shoot at any unit in group (in leg, if you don't want to kill him).
  7. Now watch at the result :)

maybe you should add some disarm feature to the enemy wounded soldiers

This feature is already implemented :)

Why AI and not players ?

Players also can drag wounded units. And heal them if they have First Aid Kit or Medikit.

I think it useless for now. Because, BIS not released full version of A3. I even don't know how will work their own first aid in full version :)

Hm seems to be kinda random for us. Most of the time you just don't get knocked out, no matter how bad you're hurt. Or you just die right away.

This addon was pretty cool on ArmA 2.

I just hope we wont need it on ArmA.

Not that I dont like it, I just hope Bohemia DOES integrate something like this in vanilla ArmA 3.

Hm seems to be kinda random for us. Most of the time you just don't get knocked out, no matter how bad you're hurt. Or you just die right away.

It can happens because of medikit. If you have first aid kit or medikit in inventory - then script will be blocked (because you can heal yourself even if you lie on the ground in special animation). I see no any solutions for now. Maybe after beta release or full release of A3. If this script will be needed, of course :)

i dont see any pulling or dragging

they just heal him

does this addon works this way , or does it actually drag and move the wounded solider ???

pls excuse me im really noob here and its my first addon in all Arma series's

Thank again this script but some problem

It not work after respwan. drag the soldier does not have the ability of other groups/my group in multiplayer

please help!

Fixed: Script not work after respawn on clients in MP

Fixed: Wrong body direction of wounded unit in MP

i have noticed that when i spawn a group of east DAP works great... but when i spawn a group of west.. the medic and the unit healed go into an infinite loop of weapon ready to weapon low animation.

but.. as an overall ai test.. i have noticed that when i shoot east ai they scatter for cover and then help the wounded. when i do the same to the west..they just stand around. might be an alpha thing at this stage.

keep up the good work.. imo.. DAPMAN is a mission must have.
