Just add MCC or Supportcall or something what can place Choppers, then place the Chopper Ingame and try to fly, you will see that Enemys is rollin from all Sides, the new a-164Jet which was controlled by an AI survived magical 24 seconds before 5AA Tanks from all sides ends his short trip. InA chopper there was so much red on my Chopperradar that i didnt know what to choose first, and when you choose a rocket hits u and the flight is over. And i am sure that what shoot on me wasnt small Physxobjects^^ Tanks and APC´s, and a LOT of quad driving enemys, would say 15quadCSATs from all positions of the map. SaOk 112 Posted March 18, 2014 Have also spotted the Wipeout to be much weaker than green jets since it flies so slow. Will set the AI support fly heights much higher. Lowered max spawn distance to 5km. Much other additions/tweaks coming soon in next version too. I tested earlier quickly to fly, it was hard when there was enemy choppers nearby, but after that survived much better. There will be less chopper/fighter zones at start, also moved all AA-vehicles as own zones that are easy to spot on map. Also only tanks have now armor marker, other vehicles are now under mechaniced infantry marked which partly could be wrong, but I think it works and looks better. May tweak the markers more later. Vehicle zones reworked (own marker for armor, armed vehicles and anti-air vehicles), sample voices added for civilian conversation system by Benjamin "Jin" Pratt (WIP, more coming later), new orders dialog (WIP, current can set if wanting reinforcements or not, and send air support home (WIP)), vehicle flip/unstuck function added, lip sync enabled for civilian yelling, other tweaks and fixes. SaOk 112 Posted March 18, 2014 Hotfix released. Seems like there was leak in guardposts especially when flying. Also redused amount of camps and guardposts some bit and camps are more far from each other. Thanks LSD_Timewarp82 for reporting the leak. Added options to disable AI mortar strikes and disable content limitations in guardposts, fast-travel is now allowed only when in camp (or guardpost if played with lower difficult level), moved some settings to new orders/other menu in WLA menu, there is also unstuck fuction for player and improved unstuck function for team-mates, some other fixes and tweaks. Forgot to mention, also updated the VAS to latest already yesterday. May try to modify the config.sqf at somepoint or check that preloader if it could be attached to this mission. Need to make sure all mods would still work. Edit: Also lowered respawn distance. Player should wake up more near to orginal location. They have a pretty amazingly realistic system on the go and its very simple to use... Anyways... Couple of bugs? maybe...? In my 0-0- command list I only have 0-0-0 and it isn't working, this also means I can't control my unit strength and fast travel to camps via 0-0-2 to help them? Also can't find how to add static weapons in friendly camps anymore, used to be easy via SHIFT-C, no options found in the new SHIFT-1 either? Couldn't find any info in the readme... Cheers and hopefully this isn't just me being a mong somehow... EDIT: I found the fast travel option... But the save function still isn't working for me... via 0-0-0 nore through the SHIFT-1 menu (which is a far better UI, cheers)! SaOk 112 Posted March 22, 2014 Thanks, :) already using similar methods to alive. The performance is tricky to get near any better. The biggest FPS drops are from heavy locations (AI pathfinding?), which only BIS can make smoother. Will optimize the mission slowly, but there may not be big changes in performance unless removing much life always when player is near villages, but probably not good change. The savegame functions should work normally, used those yesterday. Could be some mod conflict. The other options are now in Shift+1 WLA menu -> orders/other menu. In WLA menu you can only use fast-travel if near camp (or near guardpost if using lower difficult levels). You can only create static weapons after meething resistance contact (or unlocking all assest from start menu). Thanks :) Will update the COOP version during this weekend. Do you have any plans to port this over to any other maps like Chernarus/Takistan with A3MP when you are satisfied with the content? Btw. Soldiers who surrendered seem to cause problems. I just captured a camp near a town but it was still tagged as a CSAT camp. Got a mission in the town to clear a building which instantly succeeded without me doing anything. When i checked the house there was a CSAT soldier in there who had surrendered. When i killed him the camp switched over to blufor. It's just it worked on the older versions of a whole lotta altis... prior to the SHIFT-1 addition... Is it possible to enable the 0-0-0 option again as a fail safe? avfc 10 Posted March 22, 2014 First impressions are good, its a great idea to dynamically create missions and set up bases to operate out of but is it just me or are bases over run far to quickly? I had 2 APC's, a helicopter and a fast mover all swarming me within a minute of spawning and that was before the 2 infantry squads came in and decimated us. The difficulty level is very random, sometimes it can be hard to stay in certain location, but using support calls and static weapons you can stop enemy quite easily anywhere. Also Shift+4 is apparently to push boat but mine was stuck and all that did was open up the 4th menu. Scrap all that it was just me completely missing it. I still can't save... tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mission, turned off all my mods... still no joy... especially after spending six hours building up a FOB and doing missions to see if i had to progress further... I'm gonna try a different user and see if it's because I was using a previous build and then just started this one new... Damn mission is soooo good though... Coflash 10 Posted March 23, 2014 A few issues with the latest SP build... A lot of the times when I call a support chopper, it won't take me to where I click on the map. It might work 5-6 times, but eventually it just stops responding and never takes off. When I try to contact the resistance, I find out where they're hiding but they never talk to me. This happens a lot which means I cannot proceed with those missions. The insertion chopper... if it goes through wind turbines it just sits there and never drops us off. It doesn't explode or anything, it just hovers really high above the ground. Another time the insertion chopper dropped us off, flew about 100m away and just hovered there. I couldn't shoot it down no matter how many AA missiles I used. Lastly... is there any way we can fight enemies that aren't CSAT? Can we replace them all with something else?
