jedra 11 Posted October 16, 2012 I have noticed that with this beta server connection times have drastically reduced. Is this just placebo or is it a expected result of the beta? Previously there was a delay of about 30 seconds on initial connection and then maybe another 30 seconds before I could do anything. Now it's instant (almost). I haven't changed anything on my server other than applying the beta.

metalcraze 290 Posted October 16, 2012 It's a great thing that you got back to fixing and improving the AI. I hope it's not just a short burst of fixes.
KeyCat 131 Posted October 16, 2012 Can't say I noticed any major change but then the server we played on didn't run the beta so that may explain it!? FWIW - observed another thing (more frequently than usual) that lots of times in a Taki mission AI civilians did "slide" when they moved about in villages (ie they where moving but did not play the walking anim). Other enemy AI unit's around them seemed to move with correct anim played. /KC
