Hey everyone, I recently downloaded and installed the Esseker map, and discovered that I rather like it. Other than Exile, Wasteland, and the likes, there don't seem to be very many missions available for download (of the type that you'd just play with a couple of buddies when you have nothing else to do). So I had an idea, but I have no idea how to do it, or if can even be done, as I have very very limited experience in arma mission editing. I would like to make an escape mission for Esseker, just to play with some friends. I was wondering if it's possible to move most of the content from the already-made "Escape Altis" mission (as in moving the scripts, sounds, etc). I figure the most work will be getting the triggers, and objects like that to the "Escape Esseker" mission. Is this a feasible plan? TL;DR: I'd like to move the mission "Escape Altis" to the Esseker map, what's the best way to do this?

How to force player to eject from moving/flying aircraft?
panicsferd posted a topic in ARMA 3 - MISSION EDITING & SCRIPTING
I tried googling this and I came up with this code here: p1 action["eject", neo_1]; But when I do that nothing happens, the player doesn't eject out of the plane, I then was looking at the wiki and found a getOut action, but when I did that, it caused the player to actually like climb out of the plane and not be ejected from the ejection seat? So I am asking here how to do this, since all the things I've found online were the code similar to above but that doesn't seem to work, maybe some things changed with the new jets update DLC thing? since when I found this code that was back like a year ago? -
If, like I was, you are not able to fire or shoot while moving, it is not normal or really as designed by the game. The issue is caused by a little confusion about what is called Combat Pace in Arma 3. Hope this video helps. I also include a tip that can be useful even for veterans or elite players (a keybind that, when you are clicking, automatically allows you to fire even if you were not in Combat Pace at the moment). I have not seen this discussed anywhere here or elsewhere, so maybe I am one of the few who had this issue. Just in case, I am posting it here. Second video ever, Cheers

Hello, I was wondering if there was any progress made towards being able to cancel actions such as reloading a rocket launcher, or switching weapons while moving. I recall a developer saying that it was difficult due to their animation engine, but I was wondering if there was any official progress on it, since there has been a mod allowing you to do it since 2013. Thanks
