Helicopters flight model is completely wrong

Sorry for criticism but I just want to help. Arma 3 helicopters FM not only terrible, but also initially wrong. In advanced FM mode when you pull joystick(cyclic stick) to do G-turn, rotor RPM is dramatically decreasing. IRL rotor RPM doesn't decreasing by G-turns(maneuvers), but instead they(RPM) increasing, because autorotation happens. Fix this problem please, because its ruining all flight experience in advanced mode. -
Is there any way to perfectly control the helicopter's advanced flight model with just a gamepad? Right now I'm using the regular gamepad Logitech F310. I bind the collective (analogue) to my right controller stick. The problem is because the collective acting as a lever, when I'm not touching the right thumb controller, the collective stays at 50% power, making it impossible to perfectly hover and trying to land smoothly. To be able to do collective raise I must holding up the controller, as well as collective lower with holding down the controller. Is there any way to fix this in order to achieve smooth control over the collective? I don't know what the correct term that I'm looking for is, full axis control maybe? Because I think my state of gamepad's stick for the collective is two axis. -
Would it be possible to get the RTDynamics' RIME graphical editor for helicopter AFM's added into the official tools package at some point? It's relatively workable in the textual editing environment right now, but editing tables for aerodynamic coefficients is a pain. Something with which access to the graphical editor would greatly ease.

Heli Advanced - possible to dim gauges in night flights?

Greetings all, my question concerns advanced heli flight model. At night when flying in near-total darkness, the guages are blindingly bright. Is there any way to dim them? Script? If not, how can I suggest this to developers? -
Due to the confusion i am getting trying to relearn the Vtol controls Since the last update on sneak preview I have this to say. While using Advanced Flight Model due directly to the recent changes i have a simple request/solution. Under planes controls please add Vtol vector increase VTOL vector decrease for VTOL enabled platforms. This way users can combine their own key commands or hotas inputs for better control of these new aircraft without the need to go back to mouse and keyboard or break out the boring scroll wheel options. Thanks
