Yeah this is main thing keeping me away from bf4. I really wanted bots in bf3 also but dice didnt promise to have in bf3 either so cant really say they took it out. their probably just saving it for a later title to make money from it :( :mad:

I get the part about bugs and hacking etc. but they weren't missing major features that make a game final is what I was trying to get across. But I understand your argument that it won't be perfect right away and will need patching but critical criticism is important too, especially since the game won't be a full game when it releases only after those patches make it in with campaign and cut features will it really be worth the full price.

Battlefield 3 didn't release as an unfinished game. they had a campaign co-op and multiplayer. They also didn't remove half the promised features for the game during a 4 month alpha beta period. They also didn't patch in those promised features like a campaign during the 4 months after release. So I don't see how bf3 relates.

English might not be his first language, I still get what hes trying to say. Although there are threads discussing this already. -
I think some more hedgerows/brush separating the big open fields and some of the roads might make firefights more interesting. Also might help if the brush and hedgerows are thicker and longer. Also making some of the buildings that are already there more enterable. I don't think any of the buildings are to big to be fully enterable even the hospital. The big open fields could maybe have some crops growing. And then there's those mid range textures :(

There's not much to say except that the mod your making is amazing :) -
it's ok for some ppl to express how great they think the game is but if some ppl are disappointed with the game they should keep it to themselves? Seems like alot of that going on.

For everyone who keeps saying how great altis is load the game and look at the mid range textures and your performance altis is good but not worth the cost of the game. -

I agree 100 percent they kept saying quality over quantity so we have to cut this this and this. Fine but now there's half a game left and that's disappointing. I feel bad for people who bought digital deluxe and supporter editions.smh -
There was also a screenshot of a police car the wasn't the truck although that was way before the alpha started so probably got scrapped.

You guys think that because the team has to work on the game and the engine that may affect what they get done maybe? For example some game studios may use unreal or cryengine and just worry about the game. Just a thought not trying to say it's the reason there's been cuts on features or not.

Well I wish we could have more features also but I'm not sure alot of features is what makes the game enjoyable. If you look at other shooter games (bf3, cod, etc.) They don't have most of armas features but there still fun to play. They also have bigger dev teams and budget but don't have 3d interiors, volumetric clouds, ai, editor, mod tools, underwater environments, etc. I think what BIS may need to do is have official coop & pvp that includes most the features arma offers into a fun game with all your friends. -
