What's the ETA for 1.4 ? I need to check if there are still rpt things going on.. I need the soundmod.. It's a no go to play without it ;)

well ok.. i did not know how to paste the code.. He said I should use dynasound for now, because that is not causing probs he said. I guess he is only pissed off because I penetrate him with allowing DF again ... What about the author dyna?, maybe he knowas a solution for that prob?! cheers man

I can ask the admin to pastebin the rpt. But I see you did new server keys, so you can't join with the old version. That's nice.. So what do you mean gpgpgpgp Acutally, such RPT spam happens on my group's server too (though we don't call that a spam, lol), and it never causes any visible acutal problems. After we put JSRS to the server mod load list, those "sound not found" are gone. Seems that reloading sound, fire mode changing sound, weapon dry sound, explosives activation & deactivation sound are those giving rpt errors. So maybe, just may be, the server can load a "dummy mod" with these minimum required sound files packed together (no config files at all!), so that the spam are defintely gone. Yours, gpgpgpgp , after putting it to the server mod load list? I'm not familiar with that but I might know what you mean. btw. LJ, I'd like to help getting rid of these messages and I might be able to convince the admin to allow the updated version with new keys on one server.. So I ask again for the community I play in. What about the rpt spam messages? Did you fix that already? Still at work and had no time to test myself. The admin told me he will only allow it, when there's no more rpt spam. Thx again for updating and the great work Dude !!!!!!!!!!!

short question.. The admin from the server I play on removed DF again due to rpt spam.. I loved the .50 cal and indoor sounds on last version.. Is there any newsletter I could join when it's fixed, so I can penetrate the admin to allow it again ?? :) Thx for your hard work dude

I'm confused I'm confused.. so there is a 1.1 version out? on first page it still says 1.0 .. not sure where to get the latest one.. Did you fix the issues that latest patch caused?!

I do like the vanilla changes, I mean that you are actually doing stuff.. Some distant explosions are way too loud and I still hate these sonic cracks.. because there is no variation in them, always the same db level, always the same sample. For me, dyna is by far the best approach to a nice sound environment..So I hope Laxx and Mega are able to fix things..I don't understand how vanilla could acutally overwrite the addon sound. Ima simply wait until they fixed it and play rocket league instead ;)

trying now and it sounds totally different.. choppers seem to work, but the rest is vanilla.. maybe vanilla is overwriting it or so ?!

When I look at the bug tracker, I still ask myself: Are you guys still fixing things or do you simply ignore them? Like: - analogue throttle for joysticks -The immortal bushes and reeds (really frustrating if ppl exploit that) - THe annoying Auto-centering on the aircraft or vehicle when you close the map and open it up again... - broken voip on sidechannel - these ugly 2d- bodies/legs when you're standing on a steep hill or so - a hunter/ifrit gets busted from a tiny little bush - I can't run over a Streetlamp with a Tank?! (praise arma2) - it is a mil sim.. why is there no wind/bullet drop /coreolis force (in particular for page up page down snipers...so lame) I mean you did fix that AI-not following up to squadleader bug... I've waited years for that.. now I can finally play some missions again, cause there are no more slomo-turtles behind me... Seriously, I still think the arma series is the best thing I've ever had but you might wanna focus a bit more on the feedback/bug tracker and fix these things...

I forgot, that I can't throw a nade out of a window.. Well I'm sorry that it bothers me, but I play either coop, or pvp every day. Take that map zoom for example.. It's the same like having a car which is not on track, so you always have to steer more to the left to actually drive straight.. This is just annoying. And the tickets on tracker that I did are old and somebody got assigned. I'm simply frustrated, because I love this game but it's not working correctly. Then I see the GoKart DLC (for a mil sim) and my blood pressure raises.. But yea.. let's just drop it.. you guys just dont seem to play that much as I do..

I really really beg you guys!!!! Can you please program it that way, that if you mute a player via that button in the players section, that you automatically mute the chat input, so I can finally get rid of flaming people on a server... Would that be possible? Is it hard to program that??? I mean, where is the point if you mute them, but they still spam the sidechannel with stuff, that is killing my brain cells.. Please consider that.. thx a lot

I got that serious problem.. I never play the AT or AA guy on that server, but ppl are so god damn stupid, so I have to use the launchers... Problem is, whenever i press T, i can't get a lock on either Air targets with the mprl AA launcher for example... same goes for Titan AT and tanks or so.. works for everybody, not for me.. Is it a profile error, because i got a new profile in other profiles folder? I checked everything.. I can't figure it out.. and it is really annoying to shoot manually all the time.. Thx for any help

Hey LJ. was afk pretty long. The server I use to play on stopped supporting the "normal" ( that huger file) Dragonfyre due to that spamming of the rpt. Did you acutally fix these issues and can I convince them somehow to allow it again? Sorry for asking this.. I'll follow the thread from now on. I can't stand these weirdo vanilla sounds anymore..

I'm helpless.. Whenever I try to lock a chopper with T, nothing happens.. I tried zooming in, i tried turning on thermal, I tried everything, I cannot lock any chopper with that MPRL thing for aereal targets.. And yes, I got AA missiles loaded.. Anybody got a solution for that??

Which sound mod are u using in the demo video for the sonic cracks?? That's not your megasound one or ?! I'm sorry for asking so much but having a nice "realistic" not loud and hollywood like sound is by far the most important thing for me !!!

I'd love to test it,, but it is not working for me.. DL the framework, copied all over,, renamed.. arma is not starting at all, white screen, and it crashes.. I'm on win7 64 , wwhen i use the the 64.dll and rename it, game starts but no init message.. What could be wrong? I really wanna check it out !! cheers Edit: Well it's battleye.. without BE it works.. a pity

It's not in "configure addons" ?? I think he shifted from custom controls in "main" arma3 controls.. you have to do it via the addon configuration

can you plz sign the volume tweaks so i can use them online?? would be nice PS: Do you know the vanilla pbo for the sonic cracks?? I simply wanna remove it.. I'm in a firefight, i cant hear shots i only hear that strange soundingg sonic cracks 24/7 .. the most annoying sound since I started playing arma2.. so awful

What about NVGs that can be adjusted regarding the intensity like back in ACE2 or so? I fly in a helo, and i can't see the instruments at all..

hey guys. Did anybody manage to run freetrack? I remember that it was pretty easy to set it up in A2 and it worked pretty nice.. Now in A3, i dont see freetrack as a controller and I have no idea why .. Can somebody help me? I cant fly a chopper without it :)
