    This for the reply, extra brownie point for you as I found you can add units into the editor with out having to add them to the scripts and still have Al show, make the mission more open to customise groups with out having to swap gear :) with future up dates is it possible to customise the parameters to have more or less feature so I.e turn logistic off, no MHQ, turn on and off as I don't use that, option to turn the health and wind function on/off. Basically all I tend to use is bis virtual arsenal, alive vas system and cse, so the maps not working as hard running scripts I'm not using, If that make any sense lol

    this is just an idea, would it be possible as a side project to include a tripod with the sniper mod, as say like in Fallujah the wall are to high for prone and to low for resting while crouching (if that make sense)? many thanks

    Hi, thank you for such a amazing set of missions, that finally relive the A2 days and to put it on fallujah warrants you a medal! My question is how do I stop the unit being equipping automatically, basically I would like to start with just a empty player that I can customize my own load out many thanks
  5. now that sounds cool, i'm using your test mission, but on that note i do not see any mine/device with that name not checked every one, so when you say you can only use 1 name i.e VQI_EOD_1? how can the script work when you have to have a minim of 2 device on the map? Update... ok so i created my own exercise and got it to work, got the ui up, and failed haha, what got me was the word RUN! this is nice work, and goes very well with the EOD Suite and SPECTER ARMAMENTS which has a bomb suit and will save your life wait no, i think i just got lucky as the first time i was up very close and the second i was about 1m away and i got FUBAR

    haha, i know how to use VAS, i just don't like using it, i cant be doing with looking though every single bit of kit when i only after a few thing, but that is my problem, i take a look at LEA or something, cheers dude!

    sweet, so really you don't have to change any thing, just say VAS is required till a fix is done for those who do use boxes :) i look forward to trying it out!

  20. hi guys, idk if it the way my ARMA 2/OA is set up, but im having problem with ACE Wounding system i tried dragging a wounded AI to put on stretcher and i get to drag them for like 2 secs before the AI get dropped and if im quick i can catch the carry command but tht is glitch too and my character dose the lift animation but the wounded AI is still on the ground yet it get attached to me? i thought i ask here see if any one know before i go on to report it on DH atm on my map i have a 2 man team, and one AI Wounded it set up with- Full Heal in the Field Everyone Can use Med Kits Enable Wounding System which are all sync to me and it dose not matter who else i sync it too i get the same result. i did try searching thread using "carry error", "Carry/Drag error", "drag error", "drag glitch", "Carry glitch", "Carry Wounded Error" i can pack them in a body bag and drag tht no problems at all (is there a way to carry them in a body bag or load them on to the stretcher) Many thanks peps, no biggy trying to create a Para-rescue mission for myself
  21. ok i looked around for a cargo drop script and all i found is one where you have to load the vehicle on the ground, but what im after is a script where im already in a C130 with my 8 man group and 2 vehicle loaded and flying so then i can i eject the cargo and jump with my group either at my command or a trigger :confused:

WOW ok thats is just plain filth right there :p, bang on what i was looking for, ok sorry few more questions, how would i add another vehicle so i would have 2 vehicle drops instead of one and i added my group and they eject fine but i want them to jump out in to a free fall with the MC-5 and not do a static jump would you know how, no biggy if you dont know the second. but any way thank a mill!
  23. i have thought of that:), but i was aimming for a pathfinders style mission and want to be inserted from the air with a paradrop with group and vehicles at the same time either the same aircraft or 2 aircraft one with group and one with vehicles:D

    :D Ok, thanks for this very useful information, it helped alot to understand where i can go, last thing i need it to spend time making addons just for it to get wasted over some logo.
