  1. T100 armor > M2A1 nice... although still want a commanders gun on M2A1 :P, and it survives one rocket from heli! Very nice! Finally a tank. 3 DAGRs to destroy T100 xD awesome(i want to underline that i'm mostly a helicopter pilot in arma and i LOVE the challenge ^^)

Like: - tanks survive 3 titans - new APC for AAF - the new faction, like them Don't like: - AA rockets are a bit too slow now in new AA vehicles and... need automatic and manual zeroing system on those guns, and it would be nice if they would have 8 rockets instead of 4 :P(i'm a helicopter pilot :]) - the shaking of camera when shooting from guns - wrong :P - tanks explode after one rocket from helicopter - imo it would be better if they would be disabled after one at most... - still it doesn't matter if a tank is shoot from front, back etc. 3 Titans and dead(or 5 rpgs) - why no commanders gun on M2A1?? - no trophy :( system - AI in new AA vehicles rarely engages at long ranges - new jet - doesn't have unguided rockets and looks like Arma 2 addon...

    The sound thread

    The thing I don't like the most is this strange echo of gunshots, like you are in a big room. Altis is mostly flat, so such echo shouldn't exist imo.

  7. Synchronize the task dest. module with a trigger, so that the trigger will turn on after creating task itself.
  8. Signed, i'm glad that BIS is sticking to this genre, although i'm a bit disappointed with Arma 3. It's beautiful, Altis is a masterpiece but... i counted for more technical changes(better simulation of tank, heli, jet system and WIND!!!!).

    Yes, more buildings should be possible to destroy, the island itself is a MASTERPIECE! Oh and the swamp water color could be a bit less blue :P, it's a swamp :)

    It might be so, Arma for me at high setting in textures takes around 2+ GB of RAM with 64bit system and 8GB of RAM, and that is not a problem(although btw. increasing view distance to 12k freezes Arma for a VERY LONG time, got SSD drive). Now with 32bit system, you only have around 3.25GB of RAM, so if Arma takes around 2... then you are left with only 1,25GBs. Try to shut down as many background processes as possible.

    Hardware test with Arma III Beta on Stratis: http://pclab.pl/art54599.html In short: very cpu heavy :), final version in two weeks, main island will be 320sq km(!?) and other minor mistakes, battlefield simulation, huge scope. Tests on page 3 and 4. Unfortunately they did not test a lot of important cpus.

    Although penetration now is a fancy thing... still you need 3 rpgs from ANY side to destroy Panther now, even to the front. It would be nice if that would also matter.

  20. Umm.... i don't get the problem with the flag :P. Why it's wrong? According to Wiki USA is the major force of NATO, and defence expenditures of USA is around 70% of total defence expenditures of NATO, so i wouldn't be surprised if we would be controlling US soldiers, it's rather logical, although some of that equipment is strange :P(Merkava). Anyway, it would be nice if changing it would possible for multiplayer sake(seeing your nations flag on your uniform would be awesome)

  23. Great, finally the sound of the thunder but imo it should be louder. Much much louder and the crank noise when the lightning strikes close seems to stop too soon.
