Sometimes when I play the game crash and i got the message that the nvidia drivers(latest) stop responding and that they were restored by the system. I have to start the game again so I can play, why is that?

Just ended a warfare session and I was totally pleased with OA. We liberated all towns under heavy fighting and for the first time ever I was totally awesome for my side:):bounce3:

I love the game but there are some details that can be improved in the future. The grass look a little bit better in ARMA2 and the FPS could be a little better in the big town. Overall im happy with the game :)

Should I install the game(OA) in the same category and map as ARMA 2? I choosed another one but dont know if its affecting the game. Is there any difference if I use cpu -4 ?

Nice news Tankbuster , I was considering not to install the new drivers because of the process. Any news about the performance of the new drivers?

Ehmm now I feel stupid :p how can I uninstall the driver I use today?

Silly question I know :) but should I first uninstall the old driver or can I download and install the newest without uninstalling the old`? :confused:

I thougt pre rendered frames should be put to 8. Do you get better results with 3 or 0?

Thanks for the very nice map. I had great FPS and I just had a battle involving 20 tanks from eachside and 40 infantry men from each side near one city. I was civilian watching from some distance and holding my breath in the night. I would also like to add that the sand is very realistic and reminds of a real desert :) Amazing scenes :)

What kind of GPU do you have? I have similar system and GTX 275 and I dont experience any crashes except sometimes in Multiplayer when i get the message the game has stopped to run.

I hope Operation Arrowhead would be more optimized so we can gain some more FPS :j:

I downloaded IED from www.armaholic.com and start the game with the specific mod. THe problem is that I cant find them and put the on the map. Where can I found them? Civilians , insurgunts?

Im very happy about this map and I would like to thank you for creating it :) I have a question about the IED. Where can I find them and how can I put them in the editor? Nikifors :)

Fantastic map thank you for sharing with us. Sometimes I take the chopper and fly over Panthera just for relax :). After the update I get better FPS in the game and thats really nice. I have average 48 fps :)

It seems that I get lower FPS in ARMA2 since I installed the game first time. I have downloaded many addons and mods. Should I make a fresh install because I hade 10-20 more FPS when the game didnt have a lot of addons.

Any idea if the new Nvidia drivers are good? I still use 196.21 drivers but not sure if its worth to upgrade.

Hello I did a test with everest and checked out the temperatures in my CPU. And the results are strange I should say. Here they come: Motherboard 33 °C (91 °F) CPU 80 °C (176 °F) :confused: CPU #1 / Core #1 40 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #2 40 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #3 40 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #4 40 °C (104 °F) Can this be a misread by the program? How is it possible that I have so high temp in my CPU and much lower in the cores? I would appreciate any answer regarding this issue. Thanks edit" In BIOS the CPU temperature is 42°C and fan speed att 3082.

Well im back and still not resolved the problem. Here they come: Motherboard 33 °C (91 °F) CPU 80 °C (176 °F) CPU #1 / Core #1 40 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #2 40 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #3 40 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #4 40 °C (104 °F) My CPU temp is still 80 °C But when I check BIOS for temp in PC HEALTH its shows Current CPU temperature 38 °C Is there anything I could do? or is it ok not to bother any more? PS I just finished a stresstest with EVEREST and the only thing not changing is the CPU temperature, CPU CORE temp changes normally.

What is playable frames per second for you? Is it 20fps? 25 fps? :)

I use Everest and the CPU temperature is always CPU 80 °C (176 °F). So it must be some kind of bug or bogus. Never changes. AUX( dont know what it is) is Aux 33 °C (91 °F). Temps right now CPU temperature CPU 80 °C (176 °F) CPU #1 / Core #1 42 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #2 42 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #3 42 °C (104 °F) CPU #1 / Core #4 42 °C (104 °F) ---------- Post added at 11:11 AM ---------- Previous post was at 11:06 AM ---------- I just tried Core temp and i get 42 °C (104 °F) in all processors 0,1,2,3. So it has to be Everest program who shows false temp .

Thanks guys for replying so fast to my post. There are four processors each 3.4 GHZ and not overclocked.
