Defragment HDD, disable Hyper-Threading (bios) and disable core parking (registry). Install last beta patch, if you run ArmA:CO, and in shortcut put this -cpuCount=6 -exThreads=7 and see if this help you.

OK when you find S/N go here and see...and update BIOS also because you have version from 03/03/2011 and last1 is from 2011-10-06 :)
