  1. ..and let me add.. With the use of Notepad++ you can change factions/equipment/u name it ..on-the-fly. i.e In a complex mission folder you can search for a specific faction name (OPF_F) and make changes EVERYWHERE IN that folder where name OPF_F is mentioned replacing it with another (i.e lop_ISTS) Same goes for equipment..and everything else.

    On the other hand ARMA series are not advertised as "Casual-Action FPS" There are BETTER games to have fun ..and i m sure you are aware of such titles. I remember someday playing KotH (2 years before)..every player had a "Ghillie+Suppr.Sniper+Rocket Launcher". The moment i left the *such servers/gamemodes forever. Sorry thats no fun -either tactical.. To fully enjoy this game you must work as a team-meaning you SHOULD give your teamate the chance to do something with HIS speciality (Be it AT/AA/Demo/Medic) I m sure there are tweakings (and should be) for any mission maker to build EXACTLY the mission he wants ..but the Cyborg's powers+loadout must stop be the default behavior imo. (no offense intended) (Your friendly KotH mision maker CAN make you happy again with 2 lines of code)

  11. hey nkey I ve noticed every time i place the TFR (force use) module on the map..the direct comms gets F@kk'd Maybe a coincidence..? ...can't say for real.Its like 3rd time i m noticing on different missions. (sorry btw if same question has been already asked..but it was a difficult day to have the courage to read all pages) :)

While always admiring your work && the above is an awesome model && i would like to see it (even) in a *life-like map..can't say i m very happy because i m eager to see the "Al kut" and it's bazillion buildings. ..buuuut!!...i know though If the artist just has the mood to work on something else...i can't do nothing about that :/

    ...Big cities such as Kavala should be much more enjoyable regarding framerate... I ve been to Kavala all-and-all 4-5 times from ArmA3 Alpha i ve seen the framerate..and never got back again...

    btw there are some issues. 1) Any player who joined the server had option to "Resume/load previous session". This feature should be exclusively to server admin only imo. 2)The nights are like the dark pits of hell.Maybe a different setting for moonlight? (suggestion) 3)We are using ACE ..but here isn't any ACE wounding system that allows *more considerable damage to be taken. We are getting literally 1 shoted ..and i believe ACE allowing far more tolerance to wounds-provided there are no headshots. (unless you make them aimboting us :D ) 4) (suggestion) an ACE revive system (following previous topic) would have been nice. *added* 5) Already from previous "Antistasi" versions the enemy mini-patrols was WAY-too random ..and i understand this won't be easy to achieve but.. Probably i wont going to find random *pairs of enemies wandering aimlessly on a mountain or an empty field. I really want to see way less enemies (maybe 10% probability per Km) on non-strategic points. ================================= All the above with utmost respect for your work. With previous versions we had a good full-2 weeks-everyday-campaign with the team ;)
  17. Well..stealth is the most controversial word regarding ArmA's AI. The 90% of times you are detected by AI is questionable. I would love to see what you have in mind :)

    Dammit.. i remember the STALKER series when drinking vodka lowered radiation poisoning..and was thinking maybe the use of Alcohol drinks for a low grade radiation reduction (and chance to include an array of *MyFavorite Whiskeys/wines...but after a quick research i found alcohol INCREASES radiation damage :/ This thread going totally scientific..(or some guys struggling to keep us sober)

    As soon i read your last i 've done some "quick and dirty" work. The catch is I HATE BIS tools on ArmA3 more than i hate them at previous titles. So..my crappy model is here at 30x20cm with 2*(256x256)texture variants to whoever loves *more than me BI's tools.. *added* ..and yes i understand it doesn't look much like a Rabbit :D
  23. idk..even a .22 suppressed can be heard clearly from like 2 sealed rooms far.. now imagine a *real caliber rifle round suppressed. Just my opinion tho..

    @m4rt14l btw you should replace "Advanced Medical module" with "Basic" for now because it's bugged atm. If you get hit in the legs there is no way to "get healed" to a point you can jog or run again ..unless you get "respawn" ;) *ADDED* Eventually you can use Advanced Medical module to heal legs (using Personal Aid Kit -which i still believe there is a bug there so PAK is still required..) BUT..your mission needs to synchronize an "ACE isMedical Facility" module and "ACE isMedical Vehicle" module with an actual medical structure and/or vehicle. Same goes of course for ACE repair structures and vehicles. Good luck

    Although i agree it's kinda *overdone for long time sessions-i hope you are aware you have the option to disable the "color filter" (as it called) from the radio menu 0-0-0. @Haleks I think a form of "hunting" must be on a priority list (if you allow me) Hydration isn't not such a big problem anymore with the introduction of empty bottles and fountains/wells but (ie) i searched (almost entirely) 2 large villages without find any form of food. Maybe i was just unlucky (like the memory error that crashed ArmA after 4 hours of unsaved game in the mentioned session :/// )
