For IFA3 team guys: Hey guys, first of all, I'm sorry for not doing, I'm through Discordia, but as I said earlier, this is the only place I can access, so I take the boldness to continue. You see, an aesthetic thing that bothers me a long time ago is the theme of the colors that have the most (if not all) US vehicles that were ported from the old I44. Especially on the subject of armor, they have a yellowish, brown or khaki color, which does not convince me from the moment I saw them. Especially if on the other hand we see the Sherma M4A3 carrying the IF Liberation which has a more greenish color. To summarize, I think that brown texture should be left alone for the section of the war in Africa since it is a more suitable color for that environment. But in the case of the fight already in Europe (Normandy more than anything) I think I could use a color more or less like this: Personally I take the liberty to modify the textures and recolorearlas, I think now they are much better and if it is to your liking ... happy to facilitate them to use them your taste. -

The truth is that in my personal case instead of waiting for new factions or equipment, instead I want better and more varied maps set in WW2. I could not see with those that FoW account in their latest updates (armaholic is making it difficult to download) But in the case of the other available maps which are mostly in the IFA3 mod are too ... how to say it? Simple, they do not have much level of detail in their setting or the placement of structures, besides that most are too focused on a specific idea. It has maps to attack villas, very clear maps and urbanized maps, but they do not have any that have all these things in a balanced way and that is of an acceptable size to generate a good battlefield. I am talking about having maps of minimum size 10x10 km that contain, villa, forests, urban centers, long, coast (if possible), aerodromes, plains, maps that can be used to house games of conquest and another type ALIVE or Liberation

I have a request, in one of the past verifications (I think it was v.24) a function was added to the fixed MG-42 machine guns that made them spray all their ammunition in a single burst. Later this function was eliminated (to my displeasure) because the way of firing the fixed machine guns is the least annoying, not to mention that I can not recreate a good fire of supreción like the one of said machine guns in day D without seeing me in need of search complex script or external functions. Would it be possible to add this function again as a module so that those who wish to activate or deactivate it use it? PS: If you are ready to add one more maps, could you suggest the city of Carentan? Or some with a variety of villages and open countryside for missions of conquest and liberation? -

Hello community! Look, I need help from those who are dedicated to the creation of mods or retexturization of objects. You see the question is quite simple, this is what I need: I want to create a small addon that uses the model of one of the original ArmA 3 caps (that of official) and creates a second cap exactly the same only with a different texture. I already have the texture made. But I can not find a detailed and step-by-step guide to achieve this. I understand that to create an addon I just have to place the PBO file in the "addons" folder of the addon folder I am creating (@my addon) example. The part that I do not understand is the whole process of creating files to place inside the PBO in addition to the texture. Can someone enlighten me with this knowledge or suggest a good guide on how to do it? I will be eternally grateful. -

About this, I was looking like crazy a picture of that uniform M41 in FoW but I could not find any so I had to use the M37 instead but in reality I was referring to the M41 (which I repeat, is not that badly done or historically located !) I do not give much credit to what is shown in that game ... especially after meeting a German soldier in full disembarking Nomrandia carrying a Soviet-made PPsh-41 WTF !!? Please, I do not want you to misunderstand my intentions of wanting to give a merely constructive opinion. I love the content of IFA3 to date, on all the vests of the rangers! I do not say that it is a problem or that they are bad in terms of truth history. I guess I should learn a little more about the subject (but the truth is that I had no idea that it was the M43 jacket so I would not know where to start). But finally, at this point, it really would not be worth including them ?, they might not be the most common among the troops but they could still be seen among the infantry.
