  1. Are tools in dev-branch anyway different, unstable or nerfed? I can't do anything in AddonBuilder, the simplest thing not working like it should. -- @lex__1 try with this one : ace Singleplayer by Krieghof (Steam Workshop) I have this one with MCC, Liberation Livonia and some extra guns. Few issues at start but is best working sp version I use. You have to turn off some modules in MCC and ACE if you want AI to heal you.

  3. Yes, ACE is difficult, but is better now than 2-3 years ago as I remember. You have to set it up and adjust properly or just use already adjusted version, plus tons of fixes for compatibility with mods like CUP, NIA. ACE and Dev-brach - that's asking for trouble. I agree. My Ace Arsenal is working now... ok, but when I load more mods like MCC, CUP, NIA, etc, then... yeah... but seriously are you, Veteran of Arma can play ignoring ACE? I can't. Now even official campaign can be played with ACE. -- I'm happy to see new dlcs coming every year. I don't think that ratio of testing and troubleshooting haven't increased from A2, there is just more of everything. But of course it would be nice to have less, and less bugs and in game issues but more and more dlc and stuff works better.
  4. Would be nice to have BI Arsenal same like ACE Arsenal. All is there, ready and waiting, depends from BI team and ACE successfully communication I believe. How much bigger is A3 from A2? Have you notice that?
  5. It's all there, and new Off-road variant you can see on promo screenshots. All look good, especially computers and server racks with blinking lights, plus lots of new light sources.

  8. Would be cool to have shotgun as secondary, it is often seen, but it would required using a back slot. Caring shotgun, even cut off on your leg isn't a good idea and look very unprofessional. Same thing with smg guns... but this is just slowly pushing Arma in to Call of Duty imo.

  11. Best shotgun animations I found are in game Payday2 - very enjoyable to watch. Is an arcade shooter but guns are very well animated and done. Right hand stay with shotgun and the left hand do all dance. I know, not in Arma style but so nice to watch. I think that non military-Arma-style payers would appreciated that kind of FUN. Similar two-barrel shotgun from Payday2: ( In PD2 all animations speed can depend from player skill tree build, can be slower or crazy fast. )
  12. Good. I was about to dig in map files to see those underground alien structures. Lakes at far map edges are clear! 😛 I wonder what use those water reservoirs could have in a scenario?
  13. I play mostly with ACE now days and my HUD is all off. I forgot about that hud counter. This attachment could have some build in sounds. When you are low of ammo it blinks and when ammo is off make a funny noise. It could talk to - "Please change your cartridge, sir!" by Jarvis kind of voice. 😁 You can sync that thing with your mine detector or spectrum device and have some readings up your face while doing engagement.

  16. Promet rifle look beautiful! Especially with those new Modular Sights! AK-12 new paint and shotguns too. GJ! So futuristic that I wish to put some kind of gun-mounted/computer system accessory with a huge screen, to get even more that sf feeling 🙂 I love the sound of this rifle! Very enjoyable to use and with stealth suppressor is just so cool. It feels like massive combat rifle. GJ! Black textures with visible fingerprints - NICE! I like new green color that come with Promet rifle but ... > there no suppressor in similar green for Promet or in camouflage paint version, no legs and same with sand paint. I hope all those accessories will come later. Some more things I notice (I'm not sure is corect or not): > Promet back-kick (rifle shake) in auto mode is significant comparing to MX rifle. I would expect less kick than in MX, a little more than in Spar-16 rifle. Comparing Promet to MX: rate of fire is higher, accuracy is higher and kick is higher than in MX, so... when I try to hit a target 200m faraway by the second bullet in two bullet burst (on auto) is actually more difficult than in MX rifle. (You have to aim bellow a target plate, to miss by the first bullet and to hit by the second one - just put it in the middle of target plate. I should do a video...) Kick is big. Am I wrong? I think that this kick should be smaller, somewhere between Spar and MX rifle... That would be have more logic to me, but I never shot form MSBS in real life and the MX rifle is purely fictional, perhaps all is correct so: > Shouldn't Promet rifle kick (rifle shake) in auto mode be smaller than in MX rifle? > No difference in Promet MR accuracy between other variants. I'm able to load some more Slugs cartridges but no more Pellets for me: > Weight difference between Zafir and RPK-12 In short: Zafir 7.62×54mm - bullet case: 4.16 cm3, rifle based on real piece: NEGEV NG-7 / IWI Negev which is 7.8 kg RPK-12 7.62×39mm - bullet case: 2.31 cm3 much smaller, real piece is 4.8kg In Arma3 when looking at Arsenal stats for those autorifles, RPK-12 looking much lighter, something like 3.9 kg. Near 50% lighter than Zafir... but I'm not sure do I read those stats correctly. +1 to faster loading for shotguns, slightly faster or maybe better animations will do the trick.     The sound of this Spectrum Device is very important! I like those movement detectors from Aliens 2 movie. 20% of tool and 80% of spooky-horror situation builder, 'cos the sound of it. Spectrum Device is probably ready at this point, so... but if I would suggest to use a little bit more spooky sounds, not stay to realistic with it. Maybe some more analog sounds like those coming from theremin instrument.

  21. New tents I love those tents, finally we can build some cool bases and mazes easy. Very nice. A miss of two little components imo: triple-kind connection and small bend connection 45^ to make those builds more interesting and complicated. 45' can be use twice do give 90' bend or more. ---- Transparent tents and connection Transparent connection would be very cool to have. Maybe something with lifted one side, so we can build a closed way to transport vehicles doors. ---- In Tent Connector on a flore there is a stripe. A cross there would be more useful, logic and looking goooooood. ---- Concrete assets - I love those. To low for Marshal to pass, for Crawler is ok Really cool and we could build some awesome bases but that would require a little bit more work around that asset: - a steel doors instead of those wood ounces, a big steel air lock door, that would open slowly with an animation would be super cool but some slide hangar door would do fine - floor for that asset, that would do building ramps and multiple floors constructions easy - connectors, similar to those tents connectors, 4-ways and 3-ways Yeah, I know that looks stupid crazy but imagine possibilities that gives. Finally we can build missions for underground play, big interiors, etc. I wish to have more of those big concert constructions. One block with hole in ceiling - to build few level "underground" interiors Ramp or something that could be easy use in place of a ramp. Stairs (we have some already). Tunnels (I seen in one scenario, possible to do). ---- Power electric cables connections with cups Those cups are not really necessary. Power cables looks cool on a ground but once you put those cables in air, those cups look very static. I would suggest to cut those cups out, if that not to much work. Bottom part don't let bullets go through. This is too good to be left like that imo. Please fix it. I haven't look at all assets but I hope to have this gap presents in more places. For PvP games this is just super cool! You could go further that way - a hole in wall (4-5 missing bricks) on a height of sniper rifle to allow for hidden shots form inside of a room. PvP thing but it could find a use in some PvE scenarios too. ---- Yes. Soon all those nice assets will be fly all over the place. You know, there was that story... about UFO in Emilcin, Poland 1978 ... ;D --- Those assets have bottom! Yey! Nice! ---- I am backing what I wrote about Branzoll Castle, those additional assets can make it very useful. ---- I'm being extra picky now... but not sure about "Ku upamiętnieniu" is 100% correct with Polish grammar. "Ku pamięci" / "Dla upamięnienia" but... not sure is mixing those two into one correct... and I've seen that on a real statue too. ---- Any chance for something more? New cool assets for pre-orders people to have fun? Give as something please. We have June. Can we have one of those target plates with alien on it? ;DDDD New electronics assets and containers are very cool. Computers, servers, this big BI desk and screen all super cool. I have plenty of fun and new possibilities are endless - rooms will look now much more s-f interesting. And the new lights spots! Thank you. GJ work Assets Team!
  22. Livonian national borders I had some questions about Livonia national borders but sort it out on my own. All cool! I assume that this Measurement Points (Punkt pomiarowy) can be read as national border (or point from witch borders / demarcation line are set). Not sure am I correct here. BTW. Steam achievement for anyone who will find all those measurement points - that would be very ok 😄 Marking those Measurement Points (Punkt pomiarowy) on a map, would be actually a bad idea: We have assets to make those points and moving borders around a map however we want - that's cool. ---- Neer Belarusian border It would be more logic to have warning signs with Belarusian warnings text in that place. I think we have some available with extra assents, those are map static. ---- Trees inside of buildings... The second one I would pass. I think buildings need more inspections. 051021 052021 ---- I like those Livonian forests too. Especially those with long straight roads are super cool for direct, long fire exchange of any caliber size. FUN! GJ!
