    I have by no means knowledge about witch scope would fit which weapon. I don´t have a problem using the arma default scopes. I just quickcheckt them cause i dont have enough time this week for more...there are 2 marksmen - they should get an RCO atleast, the sniper should get one of the sniper scopes which is still useable with nvg, the gunner and the medic seem fine to me. The rest of the loadout looked fine for me aswell.

    No made don´t worry this doesn´t make the mission unplayable. It´s simply uncomfortable if you have to rework every soldier. The most game impacting is the sniper with an smg scope...he simply refuses to shoot on targets further away than a few hundred meters (couldn´t make him taking a shot over 500m) I simply wanted to report it so you may fix it because some people like me ;-) don´t check the inventory of their group before the mission and then out in the field you discover your sniper just came a long for sunbathing or sth. like that :-)

    hey...back on stable...gave it another try. The team still has arma default scopes. Mod´s are downloaded by steam....up to date. Did you maybe use the CBA Version of Massi's NATO Russian Weapons (http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=677119005)

    Are there some recomanded ingame settings for skill/acc when using ASR AI? And what about the editor...if you create a mission are the skills overwritten by ASR AI?

    Can´t proof it but i got the same feeling....my overall fps seem a bit lower and i got the feeling of stuttering when zooming in without fps dropping.

    How is the random patrol working? When i give a radius of 30 (m?) and then spectade the whole thing the leader sets a wypoint >5km away. Or is the Value in km?

  9. OK so saving worked fine. Does MCC need to be loaded up for the mission? I can start it without, but i´m not shure what the AI will do without Gaia. And if i loadup MCC do i have to be logged in to make Gaia overtaking the units that were assigned to her? Edit: Or might it be enough to save the mission and put a Gaia Module in it?

    As i sad i downloaded every mod because of this mission and besides the compatibility patch everything from steam. So the mods should be green. i´m on the dev branche thought.
  12. After updating to the Apex or Dev branche there is no more 2D editor for me...or is it hidden? :-( Looking forward to the update...the mission generator has so much potential. Would be nice to update it for Tanoa i gues...with new objectives/hvt´s and so on fitting to the landscape/theme.

    Thanks for making something like this. I´mostly play SP and always wanted to take a look what this Alive is doing. I downloaded all the mod´s no and on startup it says couldn´t load Scope Cfg. In the mission every one got basic arma scopes. What could be the reason? Edit: IT says: No entry: bin/config.bin\cfgweapons/imteminfo.scope

    hey guys...i love playing with the AI but with Tanoa i have some problems in CQB. How do you command your guys between all those sheds with small windos or in cqb in generall. Or do you do it on your own? I miss some kind of: clear that building command...so that 3-4 units clear the building with the rest covering the sourroundings. I would do it manually in C2 but the map is not precise enough to do so.

    Sounds good to me, Kunduz is common aswell but i´m not sure if the size is enough. Do we have an overview which maps are already done? I just now the original and the well made Tanoa version in the steam workshop.
  18. hey guys got another question. I want to save a mission and searched for an explanation here and followed it. I make an empty mission in the editor, place unit, play in SP, use the MCC Mission generator and do some 3D editor stuff. Then i went to save to sqm which gave me a bunche of text in my strg+v. I went back to the editor, opend the folder of the mission and copied the stuff in the sqm file,save,close. Back in the editor i want to open the file. When i chose "import" it´s loading up something but then i have the empty mission i got before the whole procedure. Hope i could explain it right. Edit: Used the eden editor as i haven´t found the 2D Editor anymore.

Sounds nice...have put the server in the favorits for when i´m back on normal branche (tanoa fever currently :-P) Btw. is there some kind of formula to keep Accuracy and so on of Gaia units in line with non Gaia AI? I have 2 sliders in the menue, one in the editor, 4 in the mcc menue and another 6? in the Gaia Module. For normal i have my AI at about 0.3acc and 0,75 skill. The Gaia values are all around 0.4 i think. So how is the Gaia 0.4 to a basegame 0.7menue of a 0,~5-7 editor AI.

    If i activate the new radar and leave the settings it is deactivatet when entering again ... what could cause this to happen. Edit: no addons, other settings save. Edit2: Switching from preview to rc client fixed it. Shouldn´t they be the same...the version number changed!?

    @ImperialAlex Thx for the explanation. Can you eplain to me what´s the best way to handle my two ingame sliders as a player that usualy downloads random missions from the workshop. Is the AI Precision Slider even relevant for your calculations? Normaly i keep my Skill slider between 0.5-0.7 but even with precision slider to 0,3 they are still really accurate. When i use mod´s like ASR AI, where do they influence the whole prozess?.
  24. Thanks for the great work. Found some nice mod´s here. Got a questen concerning the AI Skill/Acc. If i figured it out right there are some subcategories under AI skill, like Aimingspeed and so on. In the main menue you have 2 Sliders for Skill and Acc and in the Editor just one. So asuming ACC is for itself? How is it set up in the editor? And how does the Skill Value change the subvalues? Or are they fixed? Edit: And which one is used when i set skill in Config and change sth. in Editor/Zeus Trying the SL's AI Skill Setterfrom your list. Just like to understand the whole thing so i can change values without messing up stuff.
