    Apex Weapon Feedback

    Stocks on SPAR-16 and its squad variant are too short. Also, SPAR-16S should accept standard 30rd STANAG mags, not only the drum ones. And vice versa, I guess. If there's a 150rnd 5.56 mag, it should be accepted by every 5.56 weapon that uses standard STANAGs.

    It's quite self-explanatory. Apex is going to feature a campaign that can be played with friends online.

    cfgSFX parameters

    In the provided link there're 6 numeric parameters, 7 total with path to sound file. In the cfgSFX however, there are 7 numeric parameters, 8 total with file path. It looks like this.
  5. Hey! I'm trying to add some sounds to cfgSFX so I can play them with Zeus module or by executing playSound3d command. I've checked the cfgSFX in cfgViewer and all of these sounds have parameters that I can't find anywhere. It goes like soundsource and 7 other numeric parameters, so it's not the playSound3D format. I've also found VBS CfgSFX Config Reference, but it doesn't match with this format either. Do you have any ideas on what all of these parameters do? Cheers.

    Go to "optionals" in CBA main folder, and move "cba_enable_auto_xeh.pbo" file to Addons folder.

    Great update, love the new content and updated sounds. There're some bugs like: 1. In Gorka uniform the hood's "visor" is clipping through the back of the head. 2. You're able to shoot forward in Tigr while being turned in with its hatch closed. 3. BTR-80A lost its amphibious properties.
  9. What's the problem of adding something like "userconfig" that will be overwritten by server? If something is nonexistent in the game, it's not a feature.

  11. There's nothing "authentic" in deleting this feature, it's just artificial difficulty. Why? For the reasons I stated earlier. I see nothing immersive in not being able to see shit I would normally see in real world. "For veterans"... lold.
  12. Finally some Vietnam stuff for ArmA 3, great work guys. I know it's alpha, first public release, etc. but I have to ask. All the textures seem to be pretty low resolution for now. Are you going to refresh them somehow in later stages?
  13. Which part of my feedback is not constructive? I said that IMO zoom should stay enabled, because: 1. In real life your eyes are not in 1920x1080 resolution, so there's no problem like low pixel count. 2. In real life there's no such thing as Level Of Details of "rendered" objects. 3. Players with lower settings and resolutions will have a hard time seeing anything without zoom. And look at you. The only statement you can express is "IF YOU DONT LIKE THE MOD DO NOT PLAY IT". How old are you, 14? MATANZA's tutorial on "How to disable unwanted features" Thank me later.
  14. If you have nothing constructive to say, just say nothing. They don't need any third-party spokesman. I'm just giving my feedback and trying to explain why something like zoom is implemented in ArmA in the first place. Ah, forgot one thing in the previous post. Without zoom you're not able to effectively engage target with iron sights on more than 100 meters because of the game resolution. You should also think about players that play on lower resolutions, they won't see anything there. Zoom is to compensate such things.
