lexx 1363 Posted July 16, 2010 (edited) This modification is something, I wanted to do since a long time (well, since the milkor grenade launcher is available with ACE2) and now, since I got Operation Arrowhead and saw, that they added their own grenade launcher, I finally started doing it... yesterday night. It's my first 'real' ArmA2 mod ever. Made some singeplayer missions as well, but never released much. So... ... M32 in black I pretty much love every grenade launcher, especially the M32, but the one in the game now doesn't really work in woodland or urban-esque locations. This mod now adds a black colored version of the milkor grenade launcher into the game, which is more fitting for everything else that is non desert. It's a 'simple' recolor of the normal M32 grenade launcher, that comes with Operation Arrowhead. This mod will not replace the original grenade launcher, it adds the black one as alternate version. First, I wanted to add a specific woodland camo as well, but as I didn't saw a big difference between this and the black version, I simply scrapped it down to just the black version... This mod doesn't touche any of the M32 weapons stats, it is really just a visual change. Installation: As simple as every other arma2 mod. Download the above archive and extract it into your arma2 folder. It works like every other mod as well... Also you will need Operation Arrowhead, either as stand alone or in combination with Arma2 vanilla. ------------------- And man, I have to say... Trying to figure out how to create such a mod, how to edit the content, how to make everything work... was much more work than the actual retexture. Was spending the whole yesterday and the night with figuring out stuff (it's actually in most cases much more efficient to find out stuff on yer own than asking around thousands of people.:>). lexx 1363 Posted July 17, 2010 (edited) Cool, that I've hit some niche here with my retexture job. Heh. I'll guess I can come up with some retextures of other OA weapons as well.
