I don't see many similarities. I think it is a combination of several. ?(a==b):c=d <-- this is a simplified version of the C++/Java "?"-operator z = [1,2,3] select 2 <- array handeling has many similarities with Lisp, Prolog and IFP The unique thing is that it is a multithreaded scripting language. Therfor the ~ operator and the very cool @ operator. I really think they have something good there and they should develop it further. A debugger would also be very useful.
