Well for my part it's not a flaw but a feature that offers more options to the player. So no problem with this, not a question of who is allied to whom in real life.

Nice work guys. French helmets are same as US:oops: I know in your ArmA units you guys made some new helmets i think. Could we can see some french short helmets?

Yes, that' right, even if what GMC is saying sound a bit strange due to intensive use of Google translator.:eek:

Do not focus on BLUEFOR being US and about BLUEFOR vs Independents fights, do you remember that in ArmA2, NAPA were Independent ?

Of course it opens more opportunities in missions building to play 3 sides missions ...

And, think about Bluefor being, well... Black Element contractors turning rogues or Afrenians being suddenly hostiles after having called help to fight against Molassians :)

Thank you very much for your excellent work,

I made a female unit skin replacement using this mod,

put this pbo in the same folder as ADO, [link removed], it will replace default USMC unit to ADO female unit, you can now play on any server with female units

you should not forget to ask permission to the author to perform is kind of editing ? :confused_o:

the replacement skin has not changed the ADO nor a standalone from the ADO mod, it is only replacing the default USMC skin without changing any of ADO's work, anyhow i have removed my link,

I do not question your moddifications, just ask the author permission to manipulate the addons.;)

I think it would not be cons if it will make Arma2 more beautiful.:) :D

Oh come on, please don´t pull a Yaciek here..

Replacements do not change original addons, they just complement the work of the original authors by giving users the option to exchange stock game models with someone elses work (for which the original unaltered addon .pbo is still required!).

I say again: Replacements do not change original addons!

They don´t even use materials or any other 'source' from addons, it´s just some lines of code replacing e.g. usmc_soldierWB with ado_soldierXY.

Absolutely no need to ask for permission. Actually addon makers should embrace replacements as those expand the accessability of your work by having the option to play vanilla campaigns or mp missions with something new & shiny to look at without the need of forcing people to download 235423 addons just for one mission.

I just got back and haven't had a chance to try these. Are they compatible with XEH and ACE2?

Still can't get these compatible with CBA, eh? I'd love to add these to my missions or make some for the units if the worked with other Mods. A damn shame these units have the same problem as they did in A1. Other than this they look great.

But...Where can I find the crossbow? I can't find the Ammo/Weapon Box in the Ammo folder in editor.
