OFP has satchel charges as standard equipment. Also CoC_Mines have remote fired claymores. OFF_Time made an IED pack, but I'm not sure they can be detonated remotely.

Through scripting you could blow a mine or satchel with a trigger.

Yes he realesed it, but it was illegal use of orcs weapon pack and it was deleted by Bis :)
