There must be a time schedule (I'm software developer myself, there is always a time schedule!). Publishing release candidates is one thing, but publishing pre-betas... @mods: you can delete or close this thread, you can even ban me... All along and in what seems every 'Where is the patch' thread folk are asking the same questions but yet no sticky nor updates are posted, how do you suggest the information is requested ? While everyone deserves a holiday, i doubt that the whole BI Staff is on Holiday at the same time. And god forbid if they were to give info and have to delay. I love how worked up people get over a game. If you paid and aren't satisfied.... return the item. Simple concept. Entitled to something because you deem it necessary? pff. I'm probably over thinking this though. EDIT: I completely understand that you feel ripped off and why. But honestly what's the point of waiting and hoping for a magical fix in v1.03. You may be waiting for something that never comes. It's always the way with this generations belief that not only are they entitled to what they want, but that they should receive it instantaneously. I'm with you, I wish these people would just get a refund. I understand that many have problems and I sympathize but if you aren't going to wait for the patch, then do everyone a favour and get your money back and move on. These posts always get locked and serve to accomplish absolutely nothing. If you really want to make a statement, get a refund. That's the only way you might potentially get your voice heard. Alternatively, you could just write the $40.00 off since it amounts to significantly less than a Friday night at a club. Some of you act like BIS is the "Madoff" of the gaming world. It's $40.00 FFS. That doesn't mean you don't have the right to a working game but just calm down and wait for the patch like the rest of us.
