When I finally do manage to connect to a server (rare) nothing seems to be happening except waiting around for someone with a high enough rank to fly you to the objective, then when you finally get there some idiot friendly kills us. Its the players that make MP so choose another server, another mission. Try find a clanserver with clan-members online, many of them use TS, use it! I had the best ARMAII MP-experience so far yesterday on GOL server where we had 3 squads cooperating together to complete mission. That was awesome. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

hund 0 Posted June 27, 2009 (edited) If you want instant action and no-one telling you what to do, I would probably go for a CTF - they tend to be quite fast paced. Even though the numbers seem appealing in the server browser, I'd avoid Dombination and Evolution, since the action-level is often quite low and the stupid-level quite high as a consequence. They are not bad missions per se, but they just have a nasty tendency to bog down into shooting matches on some god forsaken airfield, followed by some mindless plodding along through the fields of Chernarus until your allies finally get you, or you meet one of the thousands of tanks the enemy somehow amassed all over the country. :) I'm not sure what sort of gameplay you want exactly, but I'm making a wild guess and going with the action gamer type.
