Oh, kay I took some screen shots, I have noticed that the Mp5's flash has traded places with the M16a4 and the M16a4 with the Mp5... :/

I think that may just be your game... I'd have to check.

Hi.

I noticed a bug, that some speech files are left out or do not play properly. It happens mostly when asking civilians about weather or if they have seen something interesting etc. Also it happens on the begining of single mission 03 (the initial conversation in the BMP 3). I'm wondering if this happens only to me or if it's a common bug?

One bug that annoys me is:

Machine guns like M240 can destroy tanks with a few clips

t-90, m1a1, t-72, t-34...try it in editor

black screen on load bug known as unusual configuration PC. few my frainds have this bug(but dont have internet for report) and cant play from the first day when they buy game. i played 40 days without this bug but now its happend with me too(no hardware and software changes). after start mission in multiplayer few seconds i can play like normal then have black screen "loading..." but can hear sound around me and read chat. looks like some fade protection? but i payd the game. how about hotfix this bug? game unplayble at all

PC configuration: CPU C2D e6400, 2Gb RAM, video ati x1950XTX, MB Gigabyte EP45-DS3R, Windows XP 32-bit

When hunting Lopotev and moving from one rebel camp to another on a helicopter, the heli suddenly disappeared and we were all "hanging" in the air. Pilots were "sitting" in midair and thus we were all moving.

Another heli bug: whenever I mount a heli, the minigun has a "flame" coming out of its barrels as if shooting. It only disappears when I really shoot it.

The CDF Grenadier has a weird spike in his shadow while reloading, i'll get a pic later....

In 1.03 (as in 1.02) there is a problem with cargo places in AAVP7A1 and Mi-8MTV-3.

In AAVP7A1 there are 16 visible places at the back of the vehicle but I can have 19 soldiers transported (I am excluding driver, gunner and commander).

So there are 3 places that shouldn't be there. When I go into one of this extra places I am positioned somewhere hooked on the roof with no body and I can see the other soldiers from above.

The same problem occurs with Mi-8MTV-3 which has 14 visible cargo places (the soldiers are visible when they go inside), but I can have 16 soldiers inside so there are 2 extra places. And when you go into these extra places you are hooked on the roof and can look at the others from above.

I haven't got the opportunity to test this yet with 1.03 but with 1.02 there were problems with the stringtable.csv translations, some of them didn't work sometimes on dedicated server (it could be the localize command too) :

I am using @STR_GAMEADMIN in a unit's description field and in the game lobby the description didn't appear instead it was the default description "machinegunner" that was shown. After the map was reloaded it showed "game admin" as expected. After the game I checked RPT file and I had multiple lines with something like "STR_GAMEADMIN couldn not be found".

The other problem is similar in that in a dialog menu one of the texts didn't show up (I am also using localize and the stringtable.csv file to display the text). When I hosted the mission the text showed up normally.

Sound issues

-Patch 1.03

-Win7 RC 32bit

-Sound Blaster Audigy 2

All latest drivers.

The sound is distorted from automatic fire and possible other ways as well. Tested to play as infantry and as soon as i shoot with auto or burst - sound distorts and sounds very very bad. After some second/s it comes back to normal. Patch 1.02 could distort at some angles and when a helicopter flew over your head. But it was rare (to me). Now the problem is all the time. Sound is being "shredded, distorted" and sound almost disapears.

EDIT: When i press ESC to see the option menu it sounds "CLICK" (loud). and when i ESC again to go into the game the same sound is played. Sounds like it turns the sound on and off. Or if its some sort of spike. Not sure.

A lot of people seems to have this problem so i guess its not card related.

- the group "AAVP7A1 big" is not AAVP7A1 group, it is LAV25 group. One vehicle and 6 soldiers.

- i am not sure but i think, that the command leavevehicle cannot works separate for groups in cargo, it works for crews, also all units in vehicle. plz see here (with demomission)

Just received an error while playing the Bear Rising scenario. Sound HO_UF_Univ_v53 not found. This is in v 1.03. Got the message while riding a tank after taking the 3rd or so town.

1.03 bugs

-between missions getting error (sound counter missing) for the time counter

-when changing the graphics mid-cut scene/conversation the screen becomes blurry til hitting "save" (this problem was also in the 1.01beta)

-AI seem to talk like they're on speed during cutscenes/conversations (mouths move rapidly)

-During shooting range training (SS Khe Sahn), sergeant says "You missed" when hitting a target point blank

Target range multiple targets pop up now

picking up wounded soldier in training to carry, and can`t walk/move now

repeated firing of rifle and loss of sound, then sound comes back. (Crosshair III mobo)

load screen sometimes flickers/flashes, save screen as well.

Started mission Manhattan with patch 1.03 installed. When I found the enemy main base the game was autosaved. After this autosave procedure it is impossible to load any saved game (e.g. after kill).

CTD and error message: Cannot load gamesavefolder\autosave.ArmA2Save.

I deleted the savegame to force ArmA to load a previous savegame, but with no success. I guess I have to reset the mission - very annoying!

With patch 1.03 installed I still have target lock problem on T-90, BMP-3, BTR-90, if I want to use guided missiles (shells). It also happened in 1.02 version. What I noticed is that square marker (target lock) appears if I use main gun in T-90, 20 mm gun in BMP-3 and main gun in BTR-90. Looks like that something mixed up right now. What should I do?

Smoke grenades now do not work with 1.03 only shows a puff of smoke now

smoke grenades, (throwable) work fine, but it is the m203 smoke grenades that dont.

or are your throwable smoke cans buggered too ?
