sparks50 0 Posted November 13, 2008 Seems to me you should be looking for a coop clan, and not missions. unless your "demands" involves a one man war.
NoRailgunner 0 Posted November 13, 2008 You should try to contact some clans. On public mp its more run and gun gameplay. On one hand you say it should be close to realism but on the other hand you like to play missions "well balanced". Do you really think that opposing forces have an agreement before combat about using different weapon and communication systems, tactics etc? Maybe with cup of tea? Do you really think that opposing forces have an agreement before combat about using different weapon and communication systems, tactics etc? Maybe with cup of tea? You seem to understand balancing always as "AK74 = M16". I read some of your posts regarding that now... But you should keep in mind that there are different "types" of balancing. E.g. if addons are not balanced, you can't really use them. It has to be made sure that all content uses the same base e.g. for its armor and hit values. Addon A (say, T-72 and a RPG) can work quite good alone, addon B (insurgent T-72 and RPG) which has all values of addon A but *10 will work perfectly alone. But as soon as you use both together, addon B will be way superior, as it has another base for its calculations. You see my point? Balancing does not always mean weapon xy on east side has to have the same values as the counterpart on west side. @Andre: I'm a moderator. I won't delete the posts.
