zoli81 0 Posted September 26, 2007 I recommend these missions to CLANS and GENERAL PUBLIC players who enjoy realistic scenarios. None of these missions require any add-ons. All missions have been tested. *** 30 second respawn so the missions are suitable for PUBLIC SERVERS *** - Coop[1-40]BYE.Sara.pbo - recover the flags and evacuate the island (afternoon/night) - Coop[1-40]Contract.Sara.pbo - disable the enemy communication system and kill the officer (dawn-noon/BLUFOR/Para Jump) - Coop[1-40]Cross_that_line.Sara.pbo - invasion of South Sharani (morning/BLUFOR/Para Jump) - Coop[1-40]Hi.Sara.pbo - assemble a convoy and extract the Prince of Sharani form the Blackhawk crash site (dawn-noon/BLUFOR/Para Jump) - Coop[1-40]Ride_out.Sara.pbo - move the officer to a base we lost contact with *OFFICER MUST LIVE* (night/OPFOR) - Coop[1-40]Zulu.Sara.pbo - kill Zoli for his b'day (dawn-noon/BLUFOR/Para Jump) - PVPCoop[1-40]Genocide.Sara.pbo (day time) - restore order and eliminate all terrorist forces (BLUFOR Human vs Civilian Human- Civil obj is to prevent BLUFOR completing their obj using freedom fighting tactics) You can download them from HERE. tomcat_ 0 Posted September 26, 2007 what is the respawn system in these missions?
Jackal326 1181 Posted September 26, 2007 If they are indeed realistic as claimed in the topic-title I imagine there wont be any respawn at all. The missions sound good, I'll be downloading them and checking them out with a few friends later. Off-topic: Thats not Lenin in Lenin.jpg, its a nod to OFP as its actually Guba. zoli81 0 Posted September 28, 2007 Off-topic: Thats not Lenin in Lenin.jpg, its a nod to OFP as its actually Guba. Sorry to offend an obvious GUBA lover. :P BTW: 30 sec respawn on all missions
celery 8 Posted September 28, 2007 What makes the missions realistic?
zoli81 0 Posted September 29, 2007 What makes the missions realistic? I did, since I am the mission maker. I am a fan of realistic gameplay in Arma and OFP, so I designed each scenario to suit the criteria. That said they work well on public servers and are very popular in Australia. I thought I would share them with the Arma community world wide. Try them and leave us a feedback,

What, as in what qualities, make the missions so realistic? Because from just the descriptions you put out, I don't see anything that strikes me as particularly realistic. zoli81 0 Posted September 29, 2007 To give you an idea about the realism factor of these missions, here is the overview on a game we had a few nights ago. I hope it will give you guys a better idea. I have to correct this: I mean not the "intel initialising.. " but the "Syp sattelite initialising"-information. What is this good for?

There is a satelite script that gives you a live video feed in a downward view from the sky of any part of the map (from the satelite). You can scan over the map, zoom, and use nightvision to spot enemy movement. Some missions limit it to certain units, usually officers, and some missions limit it to being in a building or tent for use. If you are getting that message at the begining of the mission, it probably has this satelite script in it.

zoli81 0 Posted October 7, 2007 u have respawns on. this is not realistic unless the army are keeping something secret I agree. Well if you die, you can choose to stop playing... the respawn is available so the missions can be enjoyed on public servers (thanks to the join in progress now it works better than ever). There is an option in each one of the missions to limit the number of respawns however...

zoli81 0 Posted October 21, 2007 why don't you use the revive script ?it's excellent for coop missions nothing realistic about the revive feature, however in my future missions I will, thanks for the suggestion.
