hmm ive been looking forward to something like this quite a bit but after watching it (looks good and is kool) you do realize that it would be safer and faster to just land and let em off a suggestion would be to put all soldiers on the rope at once near the bottom and they can decide when they drop or the pilot has an action that would drop them all somewhat like the special forces do fly that would make insertion instant of course we all still want this type of fast roping 2 :P id would offer suggestions about this type but its already been said i do realize that its very hard to create this script without having the members who fast rope die

Of course, that why he made anther script where you have a fast insersion.

The fast rope is only for places where the heli can't land, and because it's cool fast rope yourself in the middle on the combat and star to give lead!

Actually, the purpose is to put as many operators on the ground as is possible in the least amount of time- without having to land the helo.

Very cool mod, thanks for the work.

Would love to see the exits sped up a bit (as in more than one man at a time on the rope), trust me there's usually 3 or 4 on there at a time depending on insert alt.

Oh and they are usually flying down that thing.

Don't know if this is possible to tweak, so again thanks for the effort.

yes, primarily for a team thats in the thick of vegetation, like a jungle, where there is no place to land and they need a way out, the SPIE rig is used. Ive seen Rangers use it from time to time, over at RSLC
