4 IN 1 0 Posted May 13, 2007 long know issus that we all want to know why from ur sig 4 in1, it's ur own fault buying the first generation hardware, such as 8800's. smart ppl wait untill some decent next gen HW comes into market. the card and the game work fine at some point then it goes horriblily wrong the next secound, since i am not really up to the "being the one who use first generation hardware" BS and instead looking for a HW that is good enought between change over, 8800 itself isnt a bad card, mine have much less issus then others, but the CTDs is a little bit too much now lets not go too OT and leads the topic to lock lets take the fight to PM, but be advice due to different reason my level of toleration is around 0 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Panther762 0 Posted May 16, 2007 wow I can't believe you think he's dumb for buying an 8800, mine is amazing and everyone I talk to theirs is amazing, every game works fine with it besides the ArmA 1.07 beta patch. malick 0 Posted May 16, 2007 Hi, I've read somewhere that you can force them to disable : - unpbo the file bin.pbo - unbin the file config.bin into config.cpp - look for lines with tracercolor - change the last number to 0 - re pbo At least, that what I thought ! The option is already there in the menu and I can't see how on earth this can make any difficulties to "implement". It is no new content and no new feature. Just something that needs to be switched off. "If this option is not selected then do not render this tracer". (Or render it with 0% alpha as an fixaround).
