i Apologize if this isn't the Right place to post, but i'l like to Request if anyOne could Convert the M-50 ONTOS tank from OFP to ArmA

Good Afternoon to everybody,

Thanks to computer switching, I started ArmA 1 few weeks ago, after playing OFP for a long, long time.

I decided to use some replacement packs, to get an "ArmA : Redux" version.

I'd like to replace RACS units by Skaven Addon, but the William1 file link is broken, and impossible to find it on Armaholic or Armedassault.info...

Does someone have the file and maybe could please provide nicely to me ?

The hats are easy to edit out.

In fact I'd just need to add non-binarized models that would allow me to mutilate parts and put together a new one that would look like it.

I'm not that serious about making the model though, it's pretty much just for the lols.

I really need some sort of SAM model like that for air combat missions.........the AA pods and shilka just doesn't work for me........

P.S.

would really like some kind of burst/fullauto fire for the missles instead of single shot and infinitie ammo basically for the SAM's :P

I have a really cool mission planned in my head but w/o a static SAM like that....it just makes no sense lol......:yay:

EDIT: I don't want a ship modeled just a static SAM turret that can be placed on mountains near bases etc...

you guys should really do a search first before you start requesting stuff,

its kinda of runs along the lines of buying a new game when you can do the same stuff in OFP, Arma, and arma2.

Hey,

Id like an anti gimp mod specifically for SP... one of the big immersion killers for me is seeing units crawling around still trying to fight... or i get shot in the leg and its pretty much start the mission over again because all i can do is crawl.

Maybe some time based self healing, where initially you can only crawl, then slow walk etc, or just the ability for any unit to heal... anything is better than just stuck on crawl

Be cool to have some sort simple first aid mod where you can have the functionality of all the first aid options, im meaning in SP where units/groups are spawned and the modules are automatically applied to all groups. i do like watching AI trying to help there buddies... its one of the coolest features in the game.

Maybe theres something out there that i havent seen yet, i dont want to use norrins because it only seems to work with one faction, and seems a bit over kill.

put more medics in a squad and use the ECS mod it has first aid which is added to your action menu.

Theres also the 6th sense pack 1 which has these features:

SIX_CRDS.pbo

CRDS; Player Dammage/BlackOut/CryOut.

Config Settings

SIX_CRDS_REFRESH -

Number (Default 30): Refresh time in seconds, how long pause between checks if

new units are on the battlefield

SIX_CRDS_AUTO -

Number (Default 1): Decides if the automatic CRDS enabling should be activated. Use 0

to disable

SIX_CRDS_MEDKMN1 -

Boolean (Default true): Decides if the Small Medkit should be available

SIX_CRDS_MEDKMN2 -

Boolean (Default true): Decides if the Big Medkit should be available

As far as inf Ai units healing themselves, they will with ECS and GL3 but only if theres a mediacal tent somewhere and if theres a medic in the squad, nothing really new there.

Theres alot of stuff out there already for Arma you just have to look, best place i found to look is on Armaholic:

Im talking for spawned units... and ECS, 6th Sense do not work in arma2? do they? also i was requesting a first aid mod only, not something thats part of a gameplay changing modpack, and ive searched these forums and armaholic and have only found Norrins revive scripts, but they are to heavy..

Are there mods with helicopters with more then 2 door gunners?

4 or so.

Or any other air platform with many gunners?

And, is there a limit to how many gunners it can have?

I'm thinking about giving it a shot at editing some models to have 4 gunners in the blackhawk (sci-fi)

Also, is there a way to make door gunners less stupid?

They have targets in front of them, yet don't engage because they want to engage a target behind them which they can't reach...

Gotta hand it to ya. I also wanted to see guy like this Blackwater fellow.. Maybe PMC faction or subdivision of ARMY?

there is a similar guy, but has a scarf tied to his head and an M4, maybe you saw him in Afghanistan?

No of course not as they are for Arma, and this is the Arma section.

Thats what I said in my previous post:

6thSense.eu Pack 1 (v 0.4)

* 6thSense.eu Blood - Enables Unit Dammage (Bleeding etc) and Special Blood Squirt Effects

The pack has this in it along with other stuff, but you can use this by itself, just take the others out. when you bleed, or are injured then a first aid thing comes up.

ECS as i mentioned has an first aid thing in it as well.

There really isn't a specific addon or mod that setup for a first aid or medical, you may have to script it.

Someway make a general script and add it to your missions, personally I'd just add the addons and be done with it.

Has anyone made pilots or helicopter crew in ACU at all?

I'm having a hard time finding them. Hopefully someone did and also added a MFS.

I'm looking for something like this.

Hey, everyone.

I'm currently preparing to make a sci-fi parody campaign that I originally wanted to edit under ArmA1 - but I realized that Hitcher's frenetic Space Invaders mod was unfortunately not converted to ArmA2. I already contacted him through PM regarding a possible conversion but didn't receive any response, so I thought I'd post my conversion request here as well to ask him for an ArmA2 version, 'cause maybe there are a couple of additional sci-fi fans besides me who'd want to see his alien ships and troops in action... :)

EDIT: Ugh, sorry, wrong thread. I meant to post this in the ARMA2 section. Any chance of deleting it?

Does anyone have a suggestion for a mod that improves the AI?

I just bought arma, and in my opinion the AI is to low. Not only that, but they can also see though grass and bushes.

There are alot of mods that improve AI performance for Arma.
