just felt the urge to start a thread about mnilitary videos..

and i will have a few rules...

*no gore (that means, NO DEAD PPL! )

*no killing

well, that is a couple of simple rules...

if i discover more things i find unaprpriate i will add rules against them and ask the moderators to remove the post viloating the rules.

and, as thread maker i thought i should be the first one posting a link to a video...

this is NOT a video i have made, but i think it´s quite nice...

the video is from the last soldiers of the I5 regiment in sweden (I5 was disbanded in 2005) and is about 30 minutes long.

I can't believe there isn't a military video thread already.

This could end being a good resource or mod makers also. I found a good video of Russian military equipment that I'll post tonight some time if I can find it.

well... i want to see videos that are from exercise or similar, not videos where ppl get blown apart or similar...

why?

becouse i judt dont like to see it, and some ppl do get offended by it...

if YOU like to see things like that, feel free to visit the sites that have that kind of materials but please, do keep it out of my thread! (no, this is nothing against you, so dont take it personal, im just trying to explain why i dont want it, and i dont care if that is what the military does, im in the military myself, and i sure as hell dont have a urge to kill someone)

 The first one has some really interesting BTR80 footage. I didn't realize it could turn in place, perhaps in OFP it should be configured as a tank?

That first one was good.

I don't think it should be configured as a tank, because then it's like it would use that feature every time, and not just when it is needed.

Note, 55 men were wounded (not seen on this video luckily), but to my knowledge no freindly troops were killed (nor do you get to see anyone die, so it's okay?, if it isn't here's anthoer one (of norweign conscripts training)

I can't believe there isn't a military video thread already.

There isn't one because they always lead to the obscene image ruling being broken, simple fact is for the sake of people's forum access it's best simply not to have such a thread, there are plenty of other suitable forums out there which don't have objections to graphic content.
