Of course I can use them!

Especially so that I can see what particular parts should get the most damage, I like stuff that doesn't look like new.

Any picture is good as long as it is in favorable light conditions (in other words not too dark).

Just a "heads up" about your model: The magazine is too big, and the grip is a little off.

I don't if JdB (the modelling artist formerly known as Lt HuNTeR) is doing the No 4 series of weapons. Would be nice if you did .

Give me a British made Enfield any day of the week, though. Those Lithgow-made Enfields have never struck me as the best.

And no, I am not going to do the No4 MkI, MkII or T. This thread is called Project SMLE for a reason. The No4 is not known as the SMLE, where as the No1 MkIII is.

And besides, Inv 44 has lovely No4 Mk1s that are far better then mine will ever be

Yes, it does exist and no, I am not going to make it.

Did some texture stuff on the rifle itself again yesterday, but it's not ready for showing yet.

I am working on a No.1 Mk III rifle too for the "Northern

Ireland mod". This rifle was used by the Irish Republican Army

in the early 1970s. Here are a couple of quick WIP pics of

the "Smelly":

The colouring is not really textures, just flat colours. The

model still needs work in places. The images posted earlier of

an actual example will be useful. Thanks!
