I can see the use especially if your new to all these mods.

Its only now I'm getting a full handle on what they all do and that was mainly through trawling through every thread and downloading.

A total conversion is like it says a total conversion (nothing

is like it was before)

A partial conversion is also like it says a partial conversion and

means that parts have been replaced.

Where's the point, when you say total conversion or partial

conversion?

OK, edited the first post and as Chris Death said, some of them aren't PC.

Though American CW mod is PC, cause it changes the game.

FDF, CSLA and Swissmod is total conversions mod, if oyu trust ofp.info (ofp.gamezone.cz).

See it like this:

Counter-Strike is a totalconversion mod of Half-Life 1. (Though they went apart and the CS-team was allowed to sell the game)

I'd say EECP is a TC because virtually everything is changed.

For something like a database of mods something like this could serve to be very useful, for example people could apply filters to list all OI & UR mods etc, let's see how this pans out
