stgn 39 Posted April 7, 2010 @wuschel I could do that, although I am not 100% what you want, just that they use WGL magazines? @-RuN- That because I don't use 2x zoom like normal BIS weapons, mine are only 1x(0.7 OFP zoom) So they need to be smaller to look realistic and the size of the sights correlate pretty much too my experience of holding an ar15(nose to charging handle) The ACOG might appear to have a bigger picture in real life but thats your brain making the picture bigger, I have scaled it so it has the correct field of view approx. 11,2 m at 100 meters with a 4x magnification(0.175 OFP zoom) STGN Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
-RuN- 0 Posted April 8, 2010 Thank you for the answer, and although I understand your point and find it laudable I have to disagree with you on the exact scale that you rendered on the screen. I have as well an M4 and compared with your sight on screen and mine. Yours is extremely close but could be just a little bigger. By bigger I mostly mean wider, as I found for instance that the round sight(I do not have the exact term, sorry) looks, well not round but more like oval, as if it had been squeezed.
