Sch1sm 0 Posted August 30, 2005 I must say that CiA Co-Op night was brilliant and funny, i was fully expecting it to be a "Shut up and take orders" affair but obviously i was wrong and we were cracking jokes from the start of the mission. I won't be making it to be there tomorrow cause of social obligations (damn those!, but I'm working on being there next Sunday. Lobanak 0 Posted August 31, 2005 Hi to all. The CiA-Server crashed. I was not able to bring it back to a workable state. Something happend with the system. I think the system-update has killed some files. Or the harddisk crashed. I ordered a better server at another provider. So when it's up, we have much more fun on the server, because of better CPU (old P3@1GHz - new Athlon XP 3000+), much more RAM (2 GB) and a lot of possible traffic (1 TB = 1000 GB). This was discussed internaly since some time, but now I do the upgrade. You will get information, when the new server is up (I hope soon). Didn't know the new CiA server doesn't need any internet connection, must've cost a fortune. Haven't looked for a connection yet due to being busy but I'll do that next week. I would get a WLAN quickly but it'll probably cost more and be less reliable. I think I'll just wait for a cable connection though it takes more time.
