sciencetweak 0 Posted October 11, 2004 you need to download the missing texture from the first download, check the PUKF page
cobra@pulse 0 Posted October 11, 2004 Sometimes when you get no sound its because of too many addons, do you have -nomap added when u start up, thatr solved the problem for me.
Placebo 29 Posted October 11, 2004 Jotte if you'd read page one you would have found the answer much quicker than the time it takes to caputre/upload/post the 2 screenshots
Jonno 0 Posted October 11, 2004 @Jotte Where did you download it from? I reckon some sites may still have the version that is missing the texture pbo, so if you can let me know, so I can check it out. The same goes for anyone who may of downloaded it from somewhere other than the UKF site, encountering the same problem. Cheers
mr reality 0 Posted October 11, 2004 I can't unpack the files so how do i go about changing the driver to a UK forces infantry soldier...and don't give me the smart arse comment about putting an empty landrover in the mission editor because thats the pain in the ass way. .I know you've already started the SAS Landrover varients but will they look anything like these beauties...Oh and could you lighten the desert paint scheme a wee bit..It's a bit too bronze.. jotte 0 Posted October 11, 2004 I acctually got it from the P:UKF site about 10 minutes after it was released as I browsed the site just by chance. Not had a chance to try them untill this morning though. And I thought I had read page one and looked at the screens fighter posted on page two so I didn'tt reflect over that it might have been a "common" problem. Sorry, my bad. Funny I wasn't aware I'd started on the SAS Landies, must have done it when I wasn't looking You'll have to use the empty LR method because the helmets on the units in the DPM pack don't appear if they start off inside by default. Lt_Phoenix 0 Posted October 12, 2004 Great work on those landies Will you add some more versions in future releases? Wouldn't mind seeing some versions with camo nets on for those recon behind enemy lines missions. Check out Frandsens Danish recon jeep to see what I mean. Cpt. FrostBite 0 Posted October 12, 2004 ^take a good look at their site and you'll see that more laro's are planned, including recce ones This was just the 'basic' laro pack. So it doesn't have much variants. What I really miss is the new gunmount for the GPMG. You used a simple mount which is crap (in RL). The new ones have a spot for a belt-box (which you can also use; that very short belt looks silly) and a box beneath the gun to make sure the ejected catridges are disposed of properly (and don't end up flying inthe neck of the driver, which is very painfull). It would be nice if this new mount would be included in a future version. This is actually the same mount as on the pinky, so you can also use if for that one. DeLiltMon 0 Posted October 12, 2004 The current armed version has the basic mount for a reason, it's meant to represent a field modified LR rather than one that was designed for the purpose, like this one:
