Scŕth-Siorrai 0 Posted June 19, 2004 all the games I can find are CTF I mean CTF sucks in OFP and most of the maps are crappy tiny islands with buildings all over the place and it's always the same... what happened to the games with tanks,helicopters...etc??? And that Hexenkessle is sucking more than all sucking maps together! What happened to our beloved OFP? ppl playing only that f+++ CS?! And what i realy hate is that NOROC option on choppers. WarWolf 0 Posted June 20, 2004 Yes I miss it too... FYI the old CrazyChopper maps can still be downloaded from http://www.wibblecom.freeserve.co.uk/Index2.htm The versions there need no addons. (I've lost the addon versions somewhen during a reinstall so will have to re-make them sometime), TheFreezer Island still works okay, but the missions lower down for it require quite a few addons, and the links for d/l them are probably broken by now, one day I'll get around to updating them.... Does anyone still have a copy of my 'Tanker' CTF which didnt need addons either (was in desert area to East of Nogova airport) or the DeltaVsRanger CTF. If so pls send me a copy as I've lost that too. btw. I am now running v1.92 as I fly choppers and need the POV to work properly via the hatswitch (BIS killed the HAT in 1.95 ) - are there any clans / servers out there that still run 1.92 ? IMO it was the most stable of the helicopter friendly versions, with better flight physics too than previous/later versions. O yeah, if anyone is currently hosting the CCCTF on their server pls let me know as GSpy seems to be dead (population-wise) and those on there seem only to play C+R .... WarWolf. benu 1 Posted June 21, 2004 We have a great variety of maps on our server and which is run depends on who is on the server. In the last time there was more and more cti being played, but we also got hundreds of coop missions, with or without addons. And we got ofp watch running for those addons. ATM things are running half-assed (server pw, ofp watch temporarily disabled) because of traffic problems, but we are waiting for our new server ("any day now" was the last mail i got) and then things will revert back to normal.
