joltan 0 Posted March 10, 2004 @ Mar. 10 2004,07:16)]We´ll guys I´m sorry about this dumb question but how can I make the anims to happen for a long time or forever? The simplest way is to loop them in a script. Name the unit, then write in its init line: <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">this exec "doanim.sqs" the 'doanim.sqs' is a textfile that you have to place in your mission's folder. It should contain something like the following: <table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tr><td>Code Sample </td></tr><tr><td id="CODE">#loop _this switchmove "stand1" ~4 goto "loop" Of course you could add an abort condition and whatever, as the above will simply keep the unit in that animation forever. But you get the priciple.

thirtyg 0 Posted March 10, 2004 Ok I just tried this Anim pack thing. Â It is ok, but I really don't like the new aiming anim. Â It just looks too funny for me . Â I love the new anim that when you shoot a guy up close, he goes flying backwards. Â I know this is really unrealistic, but funny as hell . Â Besides that, good work Wilco. Â I like the running anim and especially like the new crouching anim. Â Thanks for the pack! Wilco I love the 'weapon on back anim' one question, why does the weapon swap over to the otherside when they start to walk? Running animation is also sweet from the front. IMO from the side he is a little bent over. Thanks for the pack. btw is there a list of the animations it replaces?
Pappy Boyington 0 Posted March 10, 2004 what are the names of the gun on back, and running animations? becuz i would like to replace only those 2 with this other anima pbo i got but i cant figure out the damn names
redface 1 Posted March 10, 2004 So i have made a little word document guide with all the static animations from this pack. hmm, you beat me to it, but anyways: I've made a cutscene showing all Unified Animations (also the dynamic ones, I like the backflip and the dive animations!!) you can download it from http://www.ofp.at
Sgt. Stryker 0 Posted March 10, 2004 ok i like the pack a lot and i know it isnt fininshed so heres a few requests. I didn't notice if the slow walk has changed at all, when you sprint it makes the player models look WIERD. The arms get fatter than 3 of theier legs and makes them look kinda retarded. In the stanging aiming position the legs look kinda strange, i dunno maybe its just me. And maybe you can change the pistol stance and the pronce postiton anim. Well anyways good work man this one is a keeper.

sniperuk02 0 Posted March 10, 2004 The runnings nice but the standing and crouching the scopes of guns go into their heads  and the death animation looks cool when you set explosives beside them
Wilco 944 Posted March 10, 2004 Yeah, I need to fix that with the weapon in the head, it's starting to piss me off myself. Start posting comments in my one thread please, don't want to spam this one with comments.
havocsquad 0 Posted November 30, 2004 I know the original pack already has a marching animation, which is definitely a great help already for OFP mission makers. However, is there by any chance anyone willing to make a "Soviet" style marching animation with the gun out in front, in the soldier's hands. Â The march I'm talking about is similiar to the one done in the military parades by the People's Liberation Army. Keep me informed. Later, Havoc.
