I thought rednecks were an American phenomenon.      

nope, it´s a swedish thing, the US did just copy our thing ;)

anyway, there where actually fins, danes and germans there too (the silvery thing is finnish, the yellow is danish and the red with 4 chopper turbines are german)

i tell ya, the sound of 4 chopper turbines @25000rpm with an output of 6000hp are tremendous...

but nothing beats the sound of 4 bigblock chevy V8´s

Possibly, and I can't say I blame him, but the better explanation is that it's a combination of another person trying to get them to focus in another direction for a different picture, coupled with my shitty photography skills.

Took these a few minutes ago. Some wild ducks decided to camp below my window which is a first. I live pretty central in Stockholm so I'm not exactly used to having wild beasts such as these roaming my neighborhood. There's a lake pretty close, so I suppose that's where they came from - but still - it's like 100-200 m away.. Anyway I had some fun feeding them bits of bread, which they seemed to appreciate.

Recently we had our anual Ascension Day trip...

Hey, I went camping this weekend too!  

Our campsite:

It rained every night and most of the two days we spent there, but we had fun just finding ways to stay dry, and being up all night barbequeing and drinking - hell we feasted like kings.

Not necessarily. In the winter yes. And also because bread grows bigger when it comes into contact with water. But ducks have stomach that is used to that and they can eat everything, even during the winter.

What's crazy is to dip the bread in alcohol and then throw it to the ducks. And watch them get drunk and finally drop. I'd never do that but a class mate did.
