astatine 0 Posted July 28, 2003 Ive finished my Regular US Infantry. They are new textures, taken from some custom Dod models applied to a reworked version of Vibe's US Paratroopers. Adds the 1st Infantry soldiers and some 29th Soldiers with D-Day gask mask bags. Demo mission is included, but is rather basic, so please forgive that. miles teg 1 Posted July 28, 2003 Any chance you could retexture some of these to make them WWII US Marines? Â These are BADLY needed right now as we already have some good Japanese soldier addons, several WWII aircraft, a landing craft, and a Wake Island map..... but so far no US Marines for Pacific campaign missions. Â At any rate this addon looks great and is also needed but I hope that your next project will perhaps be some US Marines in both standard olive green uniforms as well as with those wierd looking cammo uniforms that some of them used perhaps. Â But I'd be happy with just the olive green uniforms. Putting the flame thrower fromt he Red Devils pack would also be awesome (although perhaps modified to look like the flamethrowers used by US soldiers). Anyhoo... just an idea. I think its fair to say that the A-Bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki was genocide. Im sure alot of innocents died then. But ofcourse it would have gone overlooked because its the US that bombed the cities. If any other country did that, the US would be THE FIRST to accuse such acts as genocide. desantnik 0 Posted July 29, 2003 Astatine, I had a fun time with your addon but during gameplay I noticed a couple of bugs... First of all I just think that its a lod problem and the Malvinas Mods argentinian troops have this too... when you zoom out a little bit the units hands turn to brown boxes another problem is that all the U.S. troops wear glasses... astatine 0 Posted August 11, 2003 Im on my holidays at the moment, I will release a small update when I return in a week or so that uses the 1.2 weapons and makes some of the textures a little lighter. In a respect yes everyone has done there fair share of crime but the Britsh are the worst if anyone knew alot about history then you will see. The Germans sent bombers to bomb to docks however some fell on London However Germany did attack Valuble and historic Britsh bulidings because Britain attack a German town which was made of all wood at Very historic and the NAZI party valued History and art.
