miles teg 1 Posted June 27, 2003 Say what?? What do you mean it shouldn't be as maneuverable? This plane was a fighter plane and was WAS maneuverable from everything I read about the F8. If it was any less manueverable then I would say that the addon sucks. As it is it flys beautifully and is just a joy to fly. That's the way most aircraft addons in OFP should be... FUN TO FLY since this isn't a flight simulator program and especially since many of us don't have joysticks or don't like using joysticks to play OFP. I hope they don't do a damn thing to the flight characteristics. The only bad thing I can say about this addon is that it flies a little bit too fast for OFP (clears islands in a few seconds), there is no auto-animation script that folds the wings down and puts the canopy down when the AI pilots take off. Because of this last problem, if you have the AI pilots take off from a runway, they end up flying around with the wings up and canopy up which needless to say, looks a bit strange. Everything else about this addon I think kicks major ass! Oh... accept... that a version with BOMBS would be MUCH MUCH MUCH appreciated. But it's main role was as a dogfighter were it was coined the "last gunfighter" I'd love to see a version of this addon with rockets so I could use it in a couple marine vietnam missions...oh yeah kitchen sicks LOL thas funny Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
