Aerobatic flight sim ?

I don´t know if some of you can remember the Aerobatic Flight sims on C64 and Amiga.

I have IL2 and some other Flight Sim´s but I am searching for an Aerobatic flight sim with the adequate planes like the Pilatus etc.

Are there any available ?

Fly, and Fly 2 were purely aerobatics. Can't beat an Extra 300.

ive got a very old aerobatic flightsim somewhere, you got points for performing maneuvres correctly in a Ruskie stunt plane. (think it was a SU-31, got to love that plane ) Don't remember the name, need to look it up..

Microsoft Flight simulator 2002 Pro.....it comes with Patty Wagstaff's Extra 300 plus like OFP you can get addons and install them and have even more planes. when i was on Combat Flight Sim 2 before i discovered OFP i had about 300 planes in my directory

Flight Unlimited is an oldy but a goody. Also check out FS 2002 Pro Edition

Flight Unlimited was quite a revolution at the time. It was the first flightsim to calculate the aerodynamic flow instead of using the usual "fixed tables" with simple preformace specs (like MS Flight Sim).

If I remember well (please, correct me if I'm wrong) IL2 works with the same system. At least it feels the same

Good thing is that in IL2 (or Forgotten Battles) you could recreate Stalin's Falcons Team in the I-16

I currently own Filght unlimited II & FU III , MS-FS 95 , 98 , 02 , IL2 , MS-CFS 2 & 3 and FLY - I think the best are MS-IL2 and Flight unlimited III. MS-FL 02 and MS-CFS 3 have VERY bad skys and a "clinical" feel, but if you like BIG planes or user made addons go for microsoft.

Flight unlimited was funny if u crashed the plane broke up but didnt explode so u skidded along the ground with a wing or maybe the tail missing unlike fs 2002 where it just sticks when u hit anything.

How about getting X-Plane and using an aerobatic plane? It even allows you to create your own planes.
