IceFire 0 Posted April 3, 2003 Ok, with all the recent talk recently about different military organizations I have been doing some research on them anyhow. I managed to find a really interesting French Foreign Legion site. It's mostly a photo album of the French Foreign Legion. They are color and taken recently as these seem to be VERY modern looking soldiers. Anyhow there is this one picture of this guy with weird flakes on his face. Is this a disease, or camoflauge, or just something growing on his face after spending too much time out in the jungle. http://membres.lycos.fr/viriatorix/ Click on photos, it's the beret right UNDER the word photos. You will see a bunch of photo categories scrolling along the top of this page.(Note the photograph of the legionnares marching carrying donkeys on their backs on the this page) Click training. Â It has a picture of Legionnaires rappeling up a cliff during some commando training. Click "next" 4 times over to see the pic I am talking about. Anyways, this is a pretty cool photo site about the French Foreign Legion. Â It claims to have 1,200 pics on the Legion. Figured some of you might find this interesting.
